Hands down the best service around. Our initial reservation was to rent a 20 x 20 canopy for our son's first birthday. We decide last minute to also see if a jumper was available for rent the same day of our event and time to party rentals came through for us when no other companies had same day jumper rentals. They communicated well with us on the day of our event, were extremely friendly and setup both the jumper and canopy quickly. I called Time to Party in a state of panic and emergency on 12/15/2022. My party was scheduled on 12/17, and the company that was to set up my tent for a Christmas party texted, not call, to cancel due to their exposure to Covid, and I was left in a real bind. I went down the list of online party vendors in my area and contacted numerous vendors who acted as though I was bothering them. They all said they were booked and did not know anyone they could refer me to. Really??? I finally contacted Time to Party Rentals, and they accommodated me with a friendly, "I don't have a 20 X 40 tent, but I can help you", and they did. The waterslide and chairs and tables that i rented from Time to Party Rentals was not the cheapest that i found online (hence the 4 stars i gave), but it's what i decided to get because of the owner's phone etiquette that really gave me confidence in this business and the positive Yelp reviews that are obviously more reliable than any other online reviews you may find about other party rental businesses. I was right to pick them because the stuff was delivered on time, the delivery guy was polite, friendly, and hardworking. He was also gentle with the equipment. The waterslide was really clean and so were the chairs and tables. The waterslide was a hit to the kids and even more so for the drunk adults the night when the children's party ended. Pick up the next morning was also on time by the same nice guy that delivered the rentals. I highly recommend Time To Party rentals for those who are planning a party. I was happy doing business with them and im sure many more customers will be happy with their service too! read more

I called to rent a 20x30 tent and 8 tables and 48 chairs for a family gathering after a funeral. I was very happy when they showed up at 6:30 am. To get everything set up before I left for my mothers funeral. They worked as fast as they could and were very understanding. This guy is so unorganized, blamed me for "changing my order" when he was the one who messed it up, then accused me of not giving him back one of his round table linens I never ordered in the first place. There is no store front, and he only wants to be paid in cash because this business isn't legitimate. He first lied and said "the owners" were going to charge me for the linen he never gave me. When I asked to speak with the owner, he then said he was the owner. By the end of our conversation, he said he was going to send a "collector" for the $12, and that its going to be "much worse than I thought". DUDE is nuts. read more

Ordered tables, chairs, table linen and canopy 5 days prior the party. No problem with delivery and pickup. But wanted the canopy light and they didn't have any. He said If I buy them he'll put them up. Inconvenient but solved my problem. Also the debit reader wasn't working, so had to pay cash. Again inconvenient. read more

What a nightmare and ruined my daughter's 1st b-day party! I ordered a jumper with tables, chairs, and canopies. First they said they would arrive between 8-10 am and didn't get their till 11am which delayed party decor. Secondly the jumper was dirty so my wife cleaned it herself upon arrival. The worst is we ordered a 10×20 canopy ($60 on the website) and they said it would be $100. Regardless instead of the 10×20 they set up 2 10x10 anyways and still charged me for the 10×20 which is $40 more. I told them that I would only pay for what they gave me because it wasn't what I ordered and they said it was my fault for not saying so before. When clearly thats not my fault for them dropping off the wrong items because the driver said the one I ordered got burned last night. The next day they refused to pick it up since they wanted the extra $40. I refused as I would only pay for what I got. The alsp said they would arrrive next day at 8am to pick it up and didnt get there till 1pm. Which again ruined my morning plans having to wait for them to pick up their stufff. The driver harassed me and even said "if I was you, I'd pay because my owner is crazy". I was insulted and laughed at the intimidation when 4 men came to pick all the items up. What a joke. I just wanted to thank, time to party rentals. I thought they were efficient. No problems at all. I received everything I asked for, jumper clean, chairs, tables, table clothes all clean. Because our party ran so late, we had table clothes and food warmers left inside. They came pick up the jumper and chairs, and call me for when is a good time to pick up the rest. I was very impressed with Time To Party Rentals. I've used 4 different companies in the past and they are the first one to ever arrive early (15 minutes early). The gentlemen who delivered the equipment were very professional and efficient. The tables and chairs were in excellent condition, some of the tables were brand new and the chairs were very clean. The rental price is reasonable and the best part is that there is no delivery fee!!! I highly recommend them and would use them from now on. read more

This is a really crappy place. Where do I start. Let's see, my fiance called to order tables and chairs and asked about the amount they have and they said tons. Once he called to order they informed us they only have a lot of the 6 foot tables and only a couple 8 foot. So we decided to get six 6 foot tables and 45 chairs. They show up at the park with 4 tables and 21 chairs saying here's your order. I don't know if they are just inefficient and confused or trying to scam us. They gave us all the chairs and tables we had ordered after my fiance confronted them. Chairs and tables were dirty and gross. Yellow liquid stains on a few. They tell us they won't pick up from the park even though their site says otherwise. When fiance called over and over they would not answer or call him back. We had to take everything home and store in the garage until the next day. We had no idea when they would pick them up. Never got a call text email or anything stating when they would get them. The next day they show up to our house with 4 men at 6AM banging on our front door ringing the doorbell expecting their products back. We of course gave them back and will never use this service again. Anyone we know that asks about them we will be turning away. This conpany needs to learn communication, cleaning skills, and apparently how to count and be respectful of sleeping families. read more
