MILITARY BEWARE!!!! They broke the SCRA law I provided a written 30 day notice, orders and prorated rent and they still wanted to charge me $707 to cover the rest or rent and "damages" NO!! corporate called me I gave the all the evidence and still the put it in Collections a few years later. It took months, but M.A.R.S. (a Debt collector) contacted me. They apparently fought to lower the amount, which they did to $ 30. I had to go to the credit bureau and provide proof that t was just deleted from my credit report. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Rules and policies are only enforced if another resident points out a flaw in another. However, this is definitely a case where you get what you pay for. The trailer we moved into was filthy upon move in even though Mrs. Shandy told us we had to wait a week to move in so she could clean it. We immediately noted damage, most was superficial, some more extreme. After turning a list of repairs we were told while some damages would be seen to most things would not be, (apparently windows do not need to open). We accepted this however, we have lived here for some time and almost no repairs at all have been done, and the ones that have been done are half-assed, for lack of a better word. After having them come out and look at an electrical issue, we were told the cause was a leak in our second bathroom and to just not use that bathroom and the electrical issues would stop. I am sorry but that is not a repair, nor does it really make me feel safe about my family living here. Our family cannot wait for our lease to be up so we can get out of this place.
