We recently celebrated my son's 14th birthday on Dec. at this facility and purchased the party package, which included 2 hours and access to 3 different fields. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to poor planning, equipment issues, and poor customer service. By the middle of the first field, many of the gun batteries had died. By the third round, we had to stop completely because none of the guns were charged or functioning properly. This was extremely frustrating, especially during a special celebration that was meant to be enjoyable for my son and his guests. We paid for a full party package but were unable to receive the full experience that was promised. Customer Service promised to follow-up and never did. One For The Books!!! We took our daughter here with her friends for her 14th birthday party. She said " It was by far the best birthday EVER"!! The girls played capture the flag and protect the president... so cool! Our referee Gary was Awesome and helped the girls in any way they needed. Everyone that worked there was so kind and helpful. We had a great time today!! Took my son (16) and one of his buddies (16) and met a bunch of our buddies for the day. Played from 10-3 and got in 8 games during that span. We had a blast! The refs were all over every game making sure everyone was safe and adhering to the rules. There were a lot of "pros" in the walk on games but we still had a great time on 4 different maps. Definitely won't be coming back and it was my first time ever paint balling staff made me feel very uncomfortable , overpriced charges for guns than can't even shoot past 10 feet accurately and a strong smell of marijuana definitely not a good place for the young kids read more

It was over all solid. The workers were really nice and had no issue answering any questions. Only reason for 3 star is that my vehicle as well as my brothers were hit with paint balls in the parking lot when we had gone back to them at the end of the day. What an amazing experience! We booked a Airsoft party for our son for his birthday. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We checked in all online, showed up and got our gear. The staff explained all the equipment and safety rules very throughly. Our referee met us and guided us to our field and assisted the boys in loading weapons, adjusting gear and giving them one more additional safety brief. While out on the field our referee assisted the boys with tactics, malfunctions and reloads. The boys all came back exhausted but with huge smiles. All in all a great experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a easy fun and fulfilling birthday experience. read more

Great day of airsoft today. Had a private party reffed by Jerri and it was an amazing time. I couldn't not ask for a better ref. I often do private games to avoid the walk on crowd and Jerri exceeded my expectations and was the best ref I have had over the past years. He was accommodating, welcoming l, personable and knowledgeable. He arranged all the fields we preferred and game types and took any input with no problems. We came here for a bday and We have been before but we never used the airsoft side. It was an absolute blast. The referees were great and set the rules great. When you get there you want to be early enough to grab tables for gear. When you check in at the park you can also order full pizzas for lunch. At lunchtime you walk up and pick it up no waiting. It's from Costco and it's 20 bucks. They sell cold drinks as well. There is plenty of parking around the place and everything is in walking distance. There were kids and adults all playing and you could tell the adults were easier on the kids than each other. One kid cried but the group worked him through it and he kept playing. You can rent all the gear there or pieces, you can also buy masks and batteries on site if you are missing them. Guns are limited to semi fire and you can't go full auto. It gets hot bring plenty of water and snacks. I am still sore but it was worth it! read more

I brought six teens here for 1 1/2 hours, it was a rainy day and everything was extremely muddy especially the parking area. It would be nice if they graveled the area so that it doesn't get so bad. We paid $400 and an extra $110 for an additional 2000 rounds of paintballs. The arenas are really cool and the boys got to play in 3 different ones. We had one full box of 1000 rounds leftover, unopened. I asked if we could return them and their excuse was their system isn't really set up to allow any refunds. That would have been a good piece of information to tell me when I purchasing them, so why bother to ask me if I wanted the receipt if it is worthless. In my opinion it is very pricey at $400 for just 1 1/2 hours and then to refuse to refund for an unopened box of paintballs that I had a receipt for and had just purchased an hour ago. For those reasons we will not be back and we will use the remaining paintballs at a more customer friendly business. read more

Located at Lake Elsinore, Jungle Island is an ideal spot for team building. Their staff are caring, patient, professional and welcoming. The equipment that's is available for rental is good quality and reasonably priced. The grounds throughout are well maintained and seem 100% safe. Restrooms are located within proximity of the fields of play. Rooms are available for rental. Food and drinks are available at reasonable prices. The paintballs were good quality but a bit painful. It's definitely worth the price, especially if you've never done it before. I'll be back for sure - probably same time next year. read more

We did the gel blaster party for my son's 10th Birthday yesterday and it was a huge hit! We are so grateful that this was an option, since the gel blasters don't hurt as bad we were even able to get all the parents involved. Scheduling was super easy, the price is reasonable, the staff was really friendly, all around it was just a wonderful way to celebrate our kid. Save yourself the trouble of clean up and trying to come up with entertainment for a bunch of people and book a party here, I promise you won't regret it. P.S. This place was so much fun. Full disclosure, I haven't been paintballing in who knows how long...10+ years for sure. My husband and I did not wear the appropriate attire (images below) and completely got lit (not the good feeling kind). Came with my friend's boyfriend's friends- there were about 12 of us who had never met before and this was a good bonding experience. Most of them brought their own masks and guns bc the rentals are a little gross but they do have a little store to buy your own gear. One of the reps was so kind he gifted my husband a matching shirt for his new mask!! So sweet. We will prob end up buying our own gun and roll up in this place again soon, just gotta heal first. One of our favorite layouts was called "The Castle" but it smells like dead bodies from the stagnant water situation going on there-- hoping that gets fixed soon! There is a rancid cesspool of stagnant water in the middle of the parking lot. It smells like hoards of the undead have fallen in and rotted away there. The staff says it's old paintballs (which do stink), but this smells of something far more disgusting. If you are fortunate enough to park away from it, the wind will change and just one whiff can make you wretch. The fields are intricately designed, but can only really handle so many players until it's silly... but walk on players are treated like second class citizens here. They only designated one set of refs for all walk ons. If there are 100 walk on players, the game play is obsurd and chaotic. It seems like they don't like to split the walk on game because that takes up more refs and more fields. Additionally, they don't keep a walk on game running continually. So if you miss the start, you could lose a lot of playing time. To ensure your don't miss the start of the walk on game, they make a ton of announcements and that's a good thing. But I still don't understand why they feel it's necessary to yell into the mic of the PA system... it's a PA (just turn up the volume of it's not loud enough). It's hard to understand a strained voice. They play ACDC through the PA (cool!), but why do they repeat the same song over and over??? At least it's good music... and I'm glad they play some music. ACDC is an appropriate choice to set the mood. They make repeated announcements to pick up your trash in the packing lot (which is a good thing cause people should not leave crap everywhere for the employees to pick up)... but have some trash cans in the parking lot and you wouldn't have such an issue. Given the stench of rotten death wafting through the parking lot, you might think random trash out there was part of the environment they were going for. It's a really decent place to play if you come on a day when it's just moderately busy. It could be an epic place with a clean up effort, some real restrooms, and the opportunity to walk into the walk on games at any time (like ASG - i get that the design of the fields makes it more difficult to control) . Our group had an awesome time on Sunday. We had the pleasure of dealing with Matt and Sarah during our check-in and they couldn't have made it any easier to get our group registered and squared away with our payment. Eli was our referee for the day and although he said he was more familiar with the airsoft side of the house, he did a pretty good job in getting us to the fields to play and making sure everyone had a good time. The new Congo 2.0 Field was a group favorite and am glad to see how well the fields are being kept up. We are trying to organize a private group every other month, as the weather permits, in hopes that we can get more and more people to get excited about playing paintball.
