When I reached out to him to get another piece of equipment for me for a clients he asked me to make a deposit for him into his account to hold a piece of equipment. Having had previously good experiences, I was willing to do that for him to secure the order for me. Shortly there after, He stopped responding to my messages and texts and it took me almost a month to get a hold of him. He was very angry when I finally did claiming that I was inundating him with messages and calls while he was in Mexico and basically read me the riot act on the phone even though I explained to him that I was concerned that he had a deposit from a client from me for a piece of equipment and I had not heard back from him. He asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund of my deposit and I said yes I would like to do that. He then asked if he could deposit the money directly into my bank account but unfortunately there are no branches of my bank in the area that he does business in. I asked him to simply pay an invoice to me that I sent him via Square. It has been over a year and a half and I have never received any payment. Like the other gentleman stated, he never responds to text messages or answers the phone. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing Business with this gentleman under any circumstances. If you do, only pay him upon arrival or delivery of the equipment. My better judgment told me not to pay anything in advance but as I stated given to prior transactions with no problem I thought it was a safe thing to do. My mistake.

Worst Customer Service!…read more I am very disappointed with the way the manager runs the store. I stopped today 09/23/2025 about 12:10 PM to shop for trail shoes, I found a sketcher shoes that did not have a box, size 13, and marked as $44(Clearance). I went to the cashier, a friendly young black lady to pay for it, I had a coupon with me for 10% off even on clearance items, the friendly young cashier apparently is new and does not have much of experience in handling coupons, she asked the manager of the store about how to handle the transaction. The manager of the store told the cashier not to accept the coupon, I asked the manager for the reason of not accepting the coupon, and the manger told me that the coupon is not valid for clearance items! The coupon stated that clearance items get 10% off. I guess the manager of the store want to show the friendly young cashier that she is the one with the ego and her say is the final word. I am puzzled, all the cashier had to do was to ring the sale, and to scan the coupon to see if the computer will process the 10% off, it does not need a genius! I am very disappointed, the young cashier is not properly trained to execute a simple transaction, and a female manager that put her ego on top of everything instead of seeing what is best for the store, and that is to SELL, and what is best for customers and that is to BUY.
