Update. The manager changed the staff, and I had a wonderful experience. The members were incredibly friendly and amazing. Highly recommend.

Being it was Easter break this past week. We took 2 of our grandsons. The rides they had opened but…read morethey were extremely understaffed. The wait to get on some of the rides was ridiculous. Also the Candy Factory they have wasn't opened, reason when we asked .... Short staffed. They had a sign up on the front entrance saying we are short staffed. We didn't notice the sign . It was small and not on the door we entered. Your spending money expecting what you're paying for is going to be there. I did approach the staff person who checks everyone in. I have to say she was very apologetic and gave his 4 free passes for the next visit. I'm not there to get anything for free , I'm there for my grandkids to enjoy themselves. Not for me having to explain to a bunch of kids there's not enough staff to man the business. GET IT TOGETHER IPLAY OR CLOSE DOWN AND STOP DISAPPOINTING YOUR CUSTOMERS ! For example, with the car racing, the person who was in managing the line, kept my family on the line for 20 minutes and did not communicate well, which led to the kids getting restless and frustrated. There needs to be a clear system for singles and doubles so that large families can plan accordingly. One of the highlights was the party room, as the host was very energetic and engaging with the children. The time in the room was short, but the room itself was beautiful and the food was enjoyable. We ordered pizza and chicken tenders and fries. The arcade games were fun and the kids had a great time. The rides are more geared towards younger kids so if there's a child in your group who enjoys fast roller coasters, this is not the place for them. All in all it was a great time and we were able to celebrate a birthday for the seven-year-old in our group with all smiles.

Great theme park! Took my kids here for the day and they…read morehad a blast. The little kids rides were a hit. From the paw patrol ferris wheel, to the teacups, to the reptar carousel. Thomas the train ride tour was also really fun. They also had rides for big kids as well. These included the shredder, slime fest, Dora the Explorer Sky Coaster. and the Avatar Airbender spinning coaster. My daughter and I went on these multiple times and she had a really good time. Everything is super clean, bright, and colorful. It really feels like stepping into your favorite Nickelodeon shows. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, constantly high-fiving the kids and making sure everyone was having a great time. Wait times were reasonable save for a few specific popular rides. We spent the whole day there and never got bored. The food options in the park and the surrounding American Dream Mall are great as well. If you have kids who love Nickelodeon (or even if you just want to feel like a kid again), this place is a must-visit. To quote my kids. "10 out of 10!"

What the hell, Nickelodeon sensing paydirt built an amusement park inside, so for a cool $100 day pass you can go crazy on a handful of rides, some of which may actually be working on any given day. Considering Nickelodeon the cable network has lost half their audience in the last five years and may be sold or shut down, the mall and their namesake park seem like a house of mirrors (or cards) running on borrowed time (or at least borrowed money.) Who would have thunk that the second largest Mall in the country in the age of Amazon and all things e-commerce would ever have issues... everyone except the numbskulls who financed this albatross. That's a ride and an adrenaline rush that I can certainly skip. Two stars.
