I went in to get an estimate on my scratched car, the result of some branches I had driven past. They were about 6 to 8 inches long but very shallow and hairthin. Before I went, everyone said it would cost me a fortune. The guys here looked at it and said "normally we don't charge customers if it buffs out". So, one of the mechanics got buffers and some unmarked bottles of fluid (I wish I knew what they were) and got it done in about 15 minutes, no charge. I'm not sure how many scratches fall into the category of being so easily buffed out, and I got really lucky here. I will definitely come back when I need work done! read more

I have a 2002 Thunderbird that I have had since new. Much to my chagrin, the last time I had an oil change, the garage put the lift in the wrong spot and bent the rocker panel and pushed out the fender. I took it by Jung's and the owner said he could fix it and if it was a simple job he would do it for free. I also had some parts that needed to be replaced behind the panels in both doors so I asked for that to be done too. Well sure enough, he fixed the rocker panels for free and charged me a very, very reasonable fee for the work on both doors. The owner is a very honest guy that takes pride in his work and knows the value of good customer relationships. If you ever have a need for a good body shop, you will not go wrong with these guys. My mother and I knew the original owner, who was the father of the current owner. He was not only good at his business, but was a kind and nice man. When he passed away, we were sad for his family and thought the son would close the business. Much to our surprise, the son kept the business going and kept his father's spirit going. He would really be proud of his son. Not only that, I don't know if it's his partner or a manager, but he is also very nice and really good at what he does. I took my car in to replace the front bumper from my little accident and wanted an estimate on my repair. I had gone to 2 other body shops and they end up with around the same price. I talked to Johnny and he gave me estimate of 1588 and reduced the price to 1400. After I talked to him I know I can trust that he beleives in quality and do it right. Before I came to this shop, I went to another shop around the same area to replace my trunk lock because for some reason it got jammed/stuck/loose. They quoted me over $1,500 because they said there was no way to open the trunk besides literally ripping off the trunk and then replacing that whole thing. This was obviously unacceptable so I tried coming here. As soon as I walked in and explained the problem, they were on it. They were genuinely interested in what the problem was and went way out of the way for me. They took out my back seats completely just to access the trunk to pop it open. Now understand this is all before we talked numbers. For all they knew, I could have just left without paying a single penny and they wouldn't have cared. They specifically said that nothing has to be paid unless they actually replace a part. So I asked how much it would cost to replace the lock and they told it me was only a measly $100. You don't know how relieved I was. If I took the other body shop's word, I would be out $1500 with a brand new, but unnecessary trunk. If I ever have any other problems with my car, Jungs Auto Body will definitely be the first and probably only shop I contact. read more

I have some paint issues on my 2015 Toyota Camry XSE and I thought I will spend couple hundred on it. Jonny took a look at my car and help me fix it in 10 minutes and it's free. He told me what can be fixed right away and what need more work and how much it will cost. Trust me, he doesn't try to let you spend money if it's not necessary. I have scratches on my front bumper and was thinking to fix or replace it, Jonny told me that it will become the same after 1 or 2 years and it's not worth to fix it. The first time for a dent in my bumper, another business in diamond bar quoted me at $1000 to replace the whole thing, but Johnny said they could heat it up and shape it back in place for much much cheaper. Someone hit and run me on the drivers side, causing my door to be bent inwards and my mirror cover to break off. Found this shop on yelp and checked it out. I can't say enough about Jungs. I went to a few different body shops and no one was as honest and caring as Johnny. I came in right before the shop was about to close and Johnny still treated me great and was not rushing me. He gave me straight forward answers to all my questions and the most cost effective options. At the end of the day he deemed the cost to fix my car was not really worth it in his opinion but he would help me by reinforcing my rear bumper where I had been side swiped. If I could I would give Jungs Auto Body 10 stars (how unfortunate). I signed up for Yelp just to write this review. For those who don't want to read the whole thing, the summary is: - Best customer service - great prices - efficient/trustworthy workers - I'm a happy camper and so can you (LOL) I had horrible scratches on my side mirror and my bumper had partially come off and wouldn't push back in to its original position. When I took my car to Honda, they said I would have to buy a new bumper--they couldn't fix it. I think it was Thomas(?) who took a look at my car. He told me that they would have to do a whole new paint job which would cost me (but the price he mentioned was very reasonable, i didn't get a heart attack), or they could just fill in the scratches to make the scratches less visible without charge (but I assumed he meant for cheaper than getting the whole paint job done). They got my car fixed within 15-20 minutes. The bumper was put back into its place and as Thomas had mentioned during the inspection they filled in the scratches. The side mirror didn't look new, but it was exactly as he said it would be: scratches less visible and colored in with the right color. He said if I wanted it to look "new" they'd have work on the whole side mirror which would cost me. Then comes the best part. He said I could leave. Excuse me? I was so confused when he told me I could leave because I hadn't paid yet. He said there was no charge! WHAT?! Really???? It's not like I had any connections to this place, nor did I ever indicate I would be returning here for other service. I was more than impressed! This is what you call stellar customer service! I felt so bad leaving there without paying a penny, so writing this review is the least I could do. I will NEVER go to any other auto body shop. I still have some scratches on my car that I didn't ask them to take a look at, so when I have the time/money I will definitely come back here. I would also recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off and want trustworthy people to take care of their cars. Oh, forgot to mention--I didn't catch the name of the lady working in the office but she was also very patient and kind in answering my questions. Quick, easy, the best hospitality. My sister went in for estimate on her front dented Yaris. Jung comment was the car doesn't need to fix, only some adjustments and to save her money. He offered to do it at no cost and if my sister didn't like it. Bring the car back and he will do according to my sister decision and specification. It was turning out to be just fine with only some adjustments. And Jung refused to charge my sister money. He did in her favor. My sister was so impressed of the service and his honesty. She was in tear. She ended up bought the food to Jung's staff. This is a one in a life time for my sister encountered. This place is awesome. I got an estimate for insurance, but when I decided not to go that route for the dent my daughter made in my older car they fixed it up for free. It's not perfect like a new $1000 bumper would be, but it is way better than it was and certainly good enough for my 12 yr. old car. I stopped by to get an estimate on a dent on my front bumper. I didn't care about the looks of my car since it's pretty old and it's not fancy, but the bottom cover kept falling off. Since it's a safety issue, I wanted to replace the bumper but the man from Jung's Auto who helped me told me it wasn't necessary as he could just pop it back out. He did it free charge. I tried to tip him after he helped me but he kept walking away saying no need. I practically had to chase him to thank him and tip him. I didn't even get his name.
