What an honest repair shop which isn't easy to find these days. Jose is just incredible. Very knowledgeable and nice. A car I just bought had some minor front bumper damage/misalignment so i stopped by to see what repair options were available and to get an estimate. Jose took the time to explain that he could attempt to adjust/straighten the bumper and then just did it. Except for the rock chips and preexisting scratches the front bumper now looks great. Jose recommended not spending money to replace the bumper since it was still perfectly functional. When I asked how much I owed him, he said the bumper adjustment was free. Took my car in for a simple oil change and they presented a diagnostic report I didn't ask for. Next thing you know my car is completely out of commission. Got a second opinion from another mechanic and ran a diagnostic report and was told they found metal shavings in my car. The motor in my car is now shot. The car was running very quietly and smoothly and now it doesn't run period. I would need to get a whole engine replacement for close to $6000. Got a third opinion from the actual dealership and was told it would be close to impossible for the engine (motor or transmission) to fail as the technology built in my car prevents the engine from crashing like that. Audi said "we never see our Audi's come in for engine problems like this ever. Someone must have tampered with your car especially when it was running smoothly." I'm in the process of getting a full diagnosis report from Audi. In the end, I might have to do a voluntary repo because I owed $9,000 left on it. I support 6 people in my house and now we may be without a car. I will never trust a local mechanic again. read more
