Had a great experience working with the staff at Coach & Colors Autobody. We had an insurance claim from our vehicle being hit in the parking lot while parked and our experience was smooth and easy. They handled the claim with the insurance company and was also kind enough to suggest the local Enterprise rental down the road. They fixed a small dent on my front driver's side wheel panel caused by some inconsiderate moron who hit my car when they opened their car door. Because some of the paint was chipped, they told me they would do their best but no promises. They also told me they would only be able to use touch-up paint because painting the whole panel in metallic white would cost a lot and not be worthwhile. I trusted their professional advice and they delivered. The dent is only noticeable from up close, which is what I had hoped for. These are a group of entrepreneurs who do excellent work. Promised me a price and a time to pick up and no problems at all. These young men are honest, considerate, and serious about doing good work and running a good business. Great experience getting the door panel replaced on our Toyota Highlander. I talked to a lot of body shops, but end of the day Coach and Colors was certainly the best choice. We live an hour away, but I was able to send photos instead of taking it in, and they gave me a detailed estimate via email. It was a complicated logistical situation since they had to order the part, and plan around our personal schedule, but they were super accommodating. In addition, they provided a great price and did a fantastic job on the repair. We also discovered that our battery needed to be replaced on the way to the shop, and they were able to help out with that too! They seem to also do a lot of repairs for fancy/expensive cars, but even with our Toyota, Kyle and Arron made us feel like VIP customers. Glad to be able to support a local Asian business, definitely will come again, and will recommend to everyone I know. read more

All you can do on Yelp is vent your frustration and anger the review will have no impact, wish it does. This is one of those businesses where it applies to say " run Forest run" as far as possible. They took a long time to fix my car and did a very poor job, insurance companies make body shops buy used parts and wheels to save money then these parts are shipped from somewhere and you would expect that Coach & Colors will clean them before installing them no they installed it dirty and soiled with oil stains and did not even clean the car and tried to hand it over then when I complained they took the car back & cleaned it a little bit not detailed or anything. The body work did not blend and the color did not match 100% and the door seams did not blend in. This was not a very difficult or complicated job but they did a very shoddy job. I'm really happy with the way the paint job went. I was worried that it would be noticeable where the bumper was repainted but I can not tell the difference. There is no paint mismatch at all, between the bumper and side panel so they we're clearly able to color match the paint. I'm satisfied with the finish and it only took a few days for them to complete repair. I'll definitely bring my car back if I need my paint repaired. read more

First of all, I would say bring my car to Coach&Colors is the best decision I have made. I was super stressful and scared after the accident and I did not know what to do since I never had an accident before until my friend recommended me to Coach & Colors and they send out a tow truck very fast and tow my car to their shop. And then Arron started to work on the estimate right after the car towed in and explained everything to me about the whole process, they contacted my insurance and started the repair process immediately since they know I need my car back for work. During the two weeks they provide me a free rental car so I don't have to stuck in home and can't go anywhere. After two and half weeks my car was ready for pick up and I was surprised that it looked even better than ever! I am so amazed by their speed and repair skills, they are very confident about their job since all repair are lifetime warranty. Lastly, they had my car washed inside and out and also did a free service for me! I was treated like VIP at Coach&Colors. I got bumped on the rear of my car and had a small scratch that mainly took off the clean coating. I requested a quote but upon seeing how small it was, they said they'll try to buff it out free of charge. I made an appointment and arrived. Immediately the worker (didn't catch his name) came out and began working on the scratch. Within 3 mins the scratch disappeared.
