Last year, my wife and I decided it was time to size down from a travel trailer and get a truck camper for my 2500. We had done a good amount of research and decided to go with a lance 825 four season truck camper. Juniata Valley RV came highly recommended when it came to not just sales, but mods and service. We were looking to modify the 825 to make it off- grid, and needed a competent resource who had experience installing BattleBorn Lithium batteries, as well as Victron Inverter and DC/DC charging systems. Going with Juniata Valley RV was the best decision to made for many reasons. Ryan was an informative and insightful salesperson who listened to what our needs were before making several recommendations. When we picked up the camper, Adam spent a solid three hours running through every detail of the 825 installation. Cris and Derek were responsible for the technical end of the modifications and did a superior job. Even months after my purchase, Derek and Cris continue to provide me with technical support. Early on, even after calling almost every day, Derek was patient guiding me through a steep learning curve. To this day, they tell me to feel free to call them whenever there is an issue or a question. I plan on having the 825 serviced at Juniata, even though it's almost a 4 Hour drive to get there from New Jersey. Important note, Buttonwood Campground is about five minutes from Juniata. It's a beautiful campground and convenient when I stay overnight. read more

I've regularly had service and repairs completed there over the last couple years and every time I've dealt with them, they have been very professional, accommodating, and appreciated my business. I hear horror stories of other RV dealers, who seem to keep the equipment for a long time before finishing repairs. Every time I've dropped off my camper, the work is performed promptly and is quality work. I have also been pleased with the pricing for service, which I have found to be reasonable, especially for the quality of work. Faced with our local RV center unable to make a repair on our RV, we called Juniata Valley RV. Chris and Mike listened to our concerns and found a way to fit us in their schedule to repair a damaged slide floor within 2 weeks. Without their prompt service, we would have been forced to cancel a long awaited winter trip. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and excellent service staff. Bought a used camper there for $10,500. We had water line leaks and water drain issues . I did not expect a warranty on a 2004 camper .A warranty is for something that brakes after you buy it. Before you pay for a used camper, have them show you the list that they say they are going to check. When looking for a used camper ,you can not check for water line issues.If the previous owners neglected to winterize it, and it a disaster , you are on your own. After we received the camper, they will not return my call or my e-mail. I got one full and one empty tanks of Propane . You would think for customer appreciation that you would receive two keys for your camper. Not get one and have to pay $6 for them to make you the other one. Do not be as trusting as I am. read more

An internet search while vacationing in Florida led us to JVRV as my brother had recommended looking in Florida for an ALINER as he believed the prices there would be better than 'up north'. Their prices for the ALINER we wanted were the best we found anywhere. Their sales and service has been outstanding. I've had some minor issues with the unit, but they were always quickly resolved with better than expected results. They're the best in 'the north' for ALINER products in my opinion. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great value and exceptional service. read more

Eric pulled a bait and switch. i saw a trailer i wanted to see photographed on their website. two phone calls, I named the exact camper by model and specs. we discussed the air conditioner and the fridge. made an appointment to go ee it. called the morning of to confirm, and used the exact words with the woman, because it is a long drive and I want to be sure we are all talking about the same trailer. And, please, if it is no too much trouble, can you plug in the AC? I want to hear how loud it is. She put me on hold for a few minutes, came back to the phone and told me- yup, Eric is ecpecting us, the trailer is pulled around and the AC is plugged. Got there, and it was a diffrent kind of model, tiny, no AC, no fridge, and not the one that was represented on the website. Then Eric steered us toward the more expensive trailers. i said no. I also told him i did not appreciate the bait and switch. he had the nerve to stand and continue to lie to my face. Such a dishonest salesman. Stay away from this place. read more

After our previous experience with a different dealer who had horrible customer service, we were about to throw in the towel and never think about RV'ing again. But we decided to take a risk and drive all the way across the state to check out Juniata Valley RV. Outstanding Experience, from my initial phone call to delivery of our our New Aliner Expedition everyone was courteous, professional and welcoming. Being from Md, we tried to work with the local dealer whom we had purchase our current trailer from, but they were less than responsive and hit me through the roof with their price. I made 1 call,spoke with Sonya, she is warm and friendly and provided me with a superb price on the exact unit we were looking for, no add-ons, fees or mandatory accessories, I bought it on the phone and my wife and I drove up the next day for delivery. Want to add an enthusiastic rave from an out-of-towner. Needed major repair while on the road in late June. Other facilities were typically quoting me 2-4 weeks before they could even look at my unit. Juniata booked me almost immediately, worked with me to identify the parts they d need to order in advance, even drove my wife and I into town to have breakfast while they did the repair (which appears neater and more professionally installed than the original installation). Stay away! I had an RV in for repair and it came out worse than when it went in. They claim they have no law suits against them for bad repair work and shady practices. (charging for work they did not do) The reason few claims show is because they settle out of court having the damaged party sign a release so they cannot talk about it. After my year long fight with them, I chose to lose the money by not signing the hush papers so I can talk about them all day long. If you want good service, go somewhere else. read more
