The staff is courteous and they always have food and drinks for the guests. It's nice that you can browse around with no pressure and no salesman. When you do have questions, it's nice to talk to people that actually have knowledge about what is on their lot and not just reading it from a piece of paper/flyer. read more

They were very easy to deal with when we bought the camper. However, I am very disappointed with the level of service when we picked it up and after the sale you can pretty much forget anybody giving you a call. I have tried numerous times to call and schedule appointments and get parts and no one seems to even care. My opinion they just lost all my business read more

Unbelievable how they don't give a rats a**. Went in to get replacement windows. Guy behind the counter was asleep, other employees could care less about a buying customer. Finally got some attention after asking, then they didn't seem to know the price or much else, said they would call us with info... no surprise, never heard from them. I purchased a camper from Lerch. I like the company and selections however, be careful if you have concerns of the company running your credit. The offer a pre-application. In my case, I was told that I shouldn't have a problem with my credit score which I told them the score . I specifically asked that they not run the credit check unless I fit their criteria first. I did sign a form to have a credit check. But was assured they would not run it until they had the finance department look at my previous application. They also said my score they could work with. So sounds to me like a positive right? No. They assured me it was fine. The problem was that they ran it for all 3 credit bureaus because the score was fine, but first run didn't show any history so they ran other 2 looking for "history." The end result was 6 minus points on my credit score, for me and even with a good score I was declined credit. I spoke to a female relative of owners, same name. She listened to my complaint about their assurance they could work with me but didn't. I pointed out I specifically said do not run it unless they were sure it would work for me based on the score only. She didn't offered no sorry's, accepted no responsibility for it as a business,, and the impression left was "oh well on to the next customer." She gave a scripted "we will be looking into the policies, explain the process better to customers etc." I used to praise Lerch's to my facebook groups, friends, etc. I would comment when they posted a new sale on FB of other customers with congrats, and so on. I no longer give them free advertisements. The 3 stars are for their maintenance department who are always helpful to me. So for your learning from my mistake, ignore the pre-application because there is no use for it, it doesnt require your social. I see no purpose for it. If you decide to allow them to run your credit, Ask them to only run 1 credit bureau. Not all 3! Less points off your score. Hard inquiries stays on your credit for a few years. Otherwise I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Unfortunately I wasted my time stopping here. One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in and requested a sales persons. The women at the front desk was nice and said she would get me someone. I wish she would have gotten someone other than the "saleswomen" who had no interested in helping me. When I told her my price range... she sneered and said they didn't have anything. When I questioned that she said well you can look in our used lot. She did not accompany me to the lot, she pointed to the lot. When I ask if she could show me things in my range she said the prices were in the campers. The prices were not is most of the campers we looked in... and no one checked on us as we were looking. I love vowing never to set foot there again. I bought a new camper from one of their competitors who had excellent costumer service. read more

SHAMEFUL. That's the only word that comes to mind here. Very simply put. The unit itself was in complete disarray and in shambles-every surface was gauged or damaged, etc. To give a bit of background...our family traveled over 4 hours to purchase this RV. The deal was done. We have a seasonal site and after searching near & far, this particular model suited our family's needs. Now, let me not be remiss to mention that we are well aware of the quality (or lack there of lol) of the finished product of any RV manufacturer. The problem here is- we were guaranteed that it was in tip-top shape. We are on our 3rd RV and that statement holds its weight in gold, as any avid owner would understand. If you think about it, this purchase is quite similar to that of purchasing a home. It's a large sum of money so it had better be worth it. Also, we are not naive. There will always be something to repair or improve upon. This is a common and accurate sense of awareness for purchasers of RVs. With that said, on the day of pick up, we arrived as scheduled only to wait 35 minutes to be tended to. Delays happen, we get it. There was far more excitement on the "welcome" chalkboard and overly-energetic woman holding the "Lerch RV made my dreams come true" (or some equally as corny shit) sign than there was for us to finally inspect the unit. This should have been our first red flag. Finally, we met with a "technician" who walked us through the exterior & interior features of the unit. At first glance, the unit hadn't been prepared for delivery as promised. It was dirty, stained and really quite unsavory to look at. Upon entering the interior, we immediately noticed holes in the walls, torn flooring, crooked/cracked molding, misaligned cabinets & dressers...not to mention that every surface (including cabinets and countertops) was either scratched, gauged or discolored. Completely unacceptable. The owner, Ed Lerch, along with the salesperson and technician, visited us during our tour and stated that most people wouldn't have noticed the issues we did and would have just taken delivery. Quite a bold statement for a man with an RV that had more imperfections in it than it does windows & doors...but I digress. After no resolution could be found, we decided not to move forward. As to be expected, right? The general consensus of the staff was that "it is what it is". Needless to say we canceled the order, deposits, insurance, financing, etc. A pretty big headache to be honest. Driving back home disappointed and crushed, we decided to visit a different dealership after our son found a similar (exact) unit online. At this dealership, we found the exact unit we wanted with fantastic craftsmanship (minus a few minor cosmetic blemishes-as to be expected) and a no BS approach to repairs. An identical unit, without the abundance of repairs and issues. According to Lerch, "they're all like this". The experience we received at this other dealer in comparison to Lerch was bar none. Quite frankly, I wouldn't buy a fly trap from Lerch, never mind an RV. Stay away....unless you aren't aware and/or observant. According to the stuttering owner, they can't control what the factory does. Which is absolutely correct but you can control what your dealership accepts as an appropriate representation of YOUR business. Waste of time and money. If we were you, avoid at all costs. read more

First off, I DO NOT usually leave reviews, especially negative reviews for companies, because I know how hard owning a business is, but this warrants it. If I could leave this company 0 starts I would. They were great to work with initially, but they take advantage, sell you garbage and lied to me about the length of the loan. A 7 year loan is actually 12. Yes I signed the paperwork, but I did the math wrong in my head based on what they told me. Technically my error, but ethically and morally their fault. I would have never in a million years bough the junk they sold me, had I known it wouldn't even last a year without major problems, nor would I have EVER agreed to a 12 year loan. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a first time RV buyer, and to trick someone into a loan that will far outlive the crap they sold me. Was looking to purchase a 36 foot unit from this company considering the low prices. Agreed twice on price & trade-in. First time, was unable to meet my delivery timeline. Attempted again this month now that it is off season. Called twice and left a voicemail for the sales rep that I was heading out on Saturday - no response. Called sales rep and was told she didn't get my voicemail. I made my purchase with another RV place in the area on Saturday. Word of advise to Lerch RV: My money is green and spends anywhere - you lost a sale over someone not calling me back even when given the second chance. We were looking to purchase an expandable. The one we liked ,we were told it was sold and they were not making that model anymore. The salesman showed us another expandable, it was sold but they could order it for us. It would been the next year model so we were getting a great deal!! They would place the order and it would be in on time for my husband and sons fishing trip. Let me say it came in less than a week before the were to leave. My husband had to miss work to pick it up since they were to leave that Friday. My husband TRUSTED the salesman who said they inspect the campers when they come in and before they leave the sales lot. Well, some one told a white lie!!!! When my husband got home I went out and the first thing I see is the couch was not sown right the material is all gathered at one end. I said something to my husband he said it was no big deal. Well, my husband and son got ready for their annual fishing trip and what do we see.... water on my floor by the door. So they start looking around checking the roof the door the walls nothing. Then my husband started checking marker lights and the outlet. The manufacturer never sealed the outside outlet. I called Lerch's My response was we should have seen that it was not sealed.......Ok, your right we should have NEVER TRUSTED your salesman or your service staff to do their job. Contact Lerch about a trade on our travel trailer that was purchased from them. We were looking to upgrade and understood that we would need to pay more for the newer unit. I called the sales person and told them exactly what I was looking for. They even had the unit I was interested in on the lot! This was a easy sale given all I needed was numbers to get the sale done. I never heard back from ANYONE at the dealership. Apparently they are not interested in my business therefore we will be going elsewhere. read more

We have been camping with a pop-up for the last several years and, decided last year to up grade to a trailer. We did the RV show at Hershey last year and have looked at over a hundred campers. Took the pop-up to Greenwood Furnace in July and hubby decided he was totally fed up! On a Tuesday, we went to Lerch's to look at their selection. Surprisingly, we found one we both liked. A 2017 Ultra Lite. We talked to the sales people on Wednesday and took it for a "test drive" because I had never hauled anything that large. Thursday we did the paperwork. Friday, we unloaded the pop up at the campsite, went to Lerch's, traded it in, and took the new trailer back to the campsite to finish out our camping trip. They were professional, helpful, and courteous. They did, and still do, answer all of our questions. We had various children (well behaved) with us on most days. The employees treated them well, also. I would recommend Lerch's to anyone looking for a camper/trailer. read more
