We bought the most beautiful gold 2003 H2 Hummer from Manny. I fricken love it!! It's in great shape and very well-maintained. You can tell how much he cares about the vehicles he sells to his customers. He is honest, friendly, easy going and great to work with. If we ever need another vehicle, we will be going to see him again, no doubt about it! Thanks Manny for helping me find the Hummer of my dreams! #Customer for life

My overall communication experience with MS Motors was excellent but lack of honesty from their side. I called about a 2015 Nissan GTR that I'm interested in purchasing. I mentioned to Tariq that I'll be coming from California to pick up the car and drive it back. He ensured me that the car is ready for the trip and i won't run into any problems. I specifically ask about the condition on the rotor, brake and tires and per our convo screenshot, Tariq ensured me that its all good. He seems like a decent honest guy right? Then I submitted my credit application and getting ready to purchase the car but I told him I would need a Pre-Purchase Inspection first. He said fine but I would need to place a deposit, which I did. Im glad I did the PPI. The third party independent report shows all rotors and brakes need to be replaced and the rear tires are completely bald. Tariq even said the paint condition is 9/10 and in his words "used car can never be 10/10, so i would give this car a 9/10". But when are you going to mention the scuff marks on the fender, multiple rock chip on front bumper and curb rash on the wheel? On top of that, the car was very low on oil at the time of inspection. At the end of the day he had the audacity to ask me if I am backing out of the deal when they failed to provide what they promised. I was skeptical about all the positive reviews on Google and Yelp but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. To anyone thats looking to purchase any cars from them, pls do a PPI first.

Saw my Unicorn (S4 Avant 6sp manual) advertised and after speaking with max a few days i took the drive down from up by seattle to see the car . When i arrived Max handed me the keys and walked away . There was zero "selling" the car to me . I was just allowed to look it over and discuss it with my lady friend .. about 15 min later he came back and asked if i was gonna test drive her .. 1 rule .. dont wreck .. The car was AMAZING. The car was the salesman. Max was just there to fill out paperwork . They even came down a rack for my states almost 10% tax . Great experience. I Would def recommend them to a friend .. Hey Jesse M !! Is this your whip ?? Whats her name ??

I traded in my Audi S4 in for an M3 that I had to have. Love it so much and am so stoked on it. Beautiful car, great condition and records. If you need an s4 the blue one I traded in will post soon for sale and it's a great car, great condition, brand new rims, tinted windows, intake and just had the $800 75k service done at Matrix and car totally checked out. Check it out. This dealership worked great with me from beginning to end, straight forward and and no hassles. Only had this care since the weekend, but no issues and will update review if any. We took it to DEQ A few days after buying it and passed no problem.

Recently me and my fiancé decided to make the decision of upsizing our vehicle, we had browsed the market and ended up going in to see if we could find the right SUV for our family. Tariq ended up going above and beyond to make sure we could see all of the options he could provide us for what we were looking to purchase. After hours of letting me ask him questions about multiple vehicles and test drives we finally decided on one. Me and my fiancé couldn't be happier with our decision and the customer service we received, Tariq never made us feel uncomfortable, and truly had our best interest! Can't thank you guys enough for the smooth stress free process.

Prior to scheduling I called and no one was available but they had a texting system. I left a voicemail prior to the text coming in and they answered my question about pricing before I booked the appointment. It was very convenient. When I got to the dealership, Matt the advisor got me in. Although he did not see my appointment I made online he still got me in for a walk in no problem. I did make the appointment an hour before arriving, so wondering if that's why my appointment did not show up in the system. Regardless it was nice he got me in still. Service: 5/3/26 they took my car and did an inspection of my tires and found that I had multiple studs/lugs that needed replaced. It took about 1.5 hrs for the inspectio and I was on my way. The process was easy and I scheduled my appointment for the following week to come back for full service of replacement. Service: 5/5/26 took my car in and everything went smooth. Gave me an estimate of how much cost may be and came out even lower than estimate which was a win. During the wait they send you a video of multipoint inspection and what was done. Very helpful, because they also recommend what should be fixed or flag you wants needs done now. I really like that tool from the waiting room I just responded if I wanted to take care of the issue then or decline it. The whole process was smooth and Matt was great. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

Watch for fraud when signing any paperwork!…read more When purchasing the sales person was great, then they send you to the back room for signing paperwork. Suddenly three other salesman and/or managers were standing behind me and trying to get me to buy the extended warranty. I said no to it. THEN one of them offered me a "new type of warranty" that covered everything at no fault. Including damage I had caused. I eagerly agreed asking for that in writing and he agreed. There is no such thing as this "new kind of warranty". A straight up lie. I only found out when I asked the service department about it. Do not go here. They are frauds.

So, there was this lady out driving around on February 1, 2023, and she wasn't paying attention to my car going through the intersection and I couldn't avoid her. I'll spare you all her drama and hysterics. End result, this particularly unpleasant lady's negligence resulted in my car being totaled. After what I thought was an appropriate mourning period, I felt ready to welcome another Ford Escape back into my life. Finding right one was a tiresome process. Some didn't match their profile photo, and that was just a deal breaker. I wanted to have my dads blessing when I thought I found one I could be happy with. He inspected the profile and agreed. So yesterday afternoon we drove to Barron's Auto Sales and Details. It was pretty much love at first sight. My soon to be 2010 Ford Escape was just sitting there all golden and gleaming in the sunshine peeking through the clouds. We got the keys and me and my dad took it for a little test drive. I felt right at home sitting behind the wheel. My dead was impressed with the way it drove. We both agreed I should buy it. My finances were limited as I haven't been paid for my beloved 06. We went into the office and met Hugo Lara and discussed a price we were both happy with. I'm almost embarrassed to admit this but I've never bought a car on my own. Ive always used my own money but my dad has always been there and I'm so grateful for that. So I thought I was going into this with pre approval. Nope. So I'm also grateful for Mr. Lara for giving me a brief education on how pre approval works and his efforts to secure an auto loan for me with a reasonable monthly payment and interest rate. Thank you Hugo Lara for making a used car purchase a pleasant experience. 2023 Review-#5

With help from Sushi and Theresa they were urgent in addressing a few minors such as tire pressure and alignment before purchasing, and we were able to get my wife a reliable and new car that makes me honestly jealous...

Mitch is fantastic. No, wait, Mitch is ALL CAPS FANTASTIC…read more He is personable, kind, honest, and sincere. He is also funny and cool; as one of the other reviewers said, you'd like to have a beer with him. You can work with Mitch in two ways. One: he might happen to have the perfect car for you sitting in his lot already. If so, lucky you! He only sells cars that are in great shape, often managing to find what I call "car unicorns" (one-owner cars with great maintenance records from states without road salt or flooding). Two: if Mitch doesn't happen to have the right car for you, you can use him as a sort of "car sommelier." He'll help you figure out what kinds of cars you might like (which was super helpful for me), steer you away from bad years or bad models, and then, when you know what you want, he'll source you a great car. When the car arrives in PDX, he'll take it to a reputable mechanic to make sure it's in tip top shape. We were definitely going to use Mitch to source a car for us, but, alas, we unexpectedly found our own extremely rare "unicorn" at a different dealer. But I will absolutely use Mitch's services when it's time to replace our next car. In fact, I am looking forward to it. Shocking! Thanks, Mitch. You rock.

My husband first spoke with Ray, who he felt he had an immediate connection with and easy, flowing communication about our vehicular needs. But Ray was going on vacay, and we couldn't wait until he got back to complete our car buying experience with him. Enter, Roy - Ray's bro. Roy was AWESOME. He took the time to REALLY answer my questions in a way that I could understand, and didn't try to push cars on me that were out of my price range. He was an excellent listener and ended up bringing out a car that day to our house for my hubby and me to test drive. Let me pause for a moment to say just how smart this business model is - I mean, with 2 kids under 4 years old, it's a PITA to get to a dealership and take turns test driving a car and then waiting around for hours to purchase the car while the kids go cray cray. Central Sales is part of Ron Tonkin (I think...), so they have a huge inventory of cars to pull from, which they bring to you to test drive, and then they arrange all the financing for you to find the lowest APR, and then bring the paperwork to you when they deliver the car. It takes about 10 minutes to sign everything. All for no extra fee. Brilliant. Other dealerships should take note. But what made everything so super was the truly no-pressure attitude of Roy (and I imagine everyone else he works with). He was super nice and completely understanding when I told him that we were also test-driving a car from another dealership later that day. He reiterated that he just wanted to make sure that we got into the right car for us. And I believed him! We ended up doing the whole take-the-kids-to-the-dealership-and-wait-an-excrutiatingly-long-time-to-purchase-a-vehicle thing. But only because the vehicle that was there was the one we wanted in the end. But we will DEFINITELY use Central Sales again when it's time to buy a car. Thanks Roy!

He found the car we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. It seemed to be perfect and decided to get it. Unfortunately, it took 3+ hours just to get through the paperwork. We negotiated the price, shook hands and signed on the X. Once he came back with the paperwork, he also came back with a mechanical disclosure. He proceeded to tell us all the problems with the car. The sway bars and bushings needed to be replaced. The water pump may have issues since thier mechanics noticed water spots around the water pump. What? We are spending over 16k for a car and NOW they disclose the problems? The salesman told us they just started doing things differently now. Well..that doesn't seem fair. We agreed on a price. I signed papers. We couldn't back out now. Rush hour was hitting and I wanted to get home ASAP. We ended up getting the car anyway and drove home. The car drove home fine. However, we have yet to fix the problems. Very disappointed with that process.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.
