These guys are great. They gave me a quote over the phone that didn't change even when I asked if they could also take a toddler mattress. The communication is what really surprised me. Everything started okay. Asked for pictures through text and I sent them and received a quote. Asked questions about any other possible charges. Was asked to send pictures again which I did. Then I received a reply of not being interested. The funny thing is I received a message saying that they wanted to stay competitive with pricing and service. If you needed to charge more or explain fees I would have been fine but to flat out say I'm not interested it blew my mind. Good look with your business if this is what you are offering. I spoke to Jeremy to get a quote for removing several large trash bags and boxes we had due to my mother's move. He was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful, especially since my initial call was made out of state and was trying to arrange several things at the same time.
