Not only was he prompt, professional, and extremely reasonable --he's a hoot! He was the first to give me a call and asked if I could send pictures. I had trouble sending them via text and had to switch to email - no problem. He gave me a quote via text (which was actually $100 less than others I had sent the same pics to!) and when I showed him additional pics and asked him to re-quote if needed - he promptly replied, no problem. Time for pick-up - he gave me a call as requested, well within the 30 min. time frame. We ended up adding a few other items as we were cleaning up and guess what? No problem. The quote didn't change.
