And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. I booked a hot tub removal online and was confused when the pricing was not up front as promised. I called the phone number given and reached a call center in California that stated the estimate could only be given in person due to the pricing being calculated by volume. The crew of 2 showed up 3 days later (a day later than promised). They stated that they have a firm $650 if removing the hot tub in one piece and $750 for demolition and removal. By that time, as expected, they have you pretty desperate to get the project done. They needed to wait for 2 other trucks and 3 other guys to show up before they could load the hot tub. I felt bad for the crew who have to take the brunt of the disappointment in the company and told them so. I also tipped the crew well as they worked hard and did a good job. The communication concerning timing from the local team was good.
