The team were efficient and polite; however, the lead person almost doubled the price of the service not counting the removal of a mattress I added to the request once they arrived. Please be careful you get either a detailed quote based on specific items for removal or that the service tells you up front that their estimate is a rough estimate and may increase depending on the actual number and size of items or time spent. For example I was told only after arrival that the truck is to be filled if it's empty and I was to be charged by truckload (I.e., a whole truck regardless of whether my items filled it completely). read more
