It was almost entirely packed ahead of time, so they were really fast at loading up the truck, and packed up a few loose items that I hadn't gotten to. The movers were friendly, respectful, and prompt. Only minor issue was that they took a ding out of a window sill on a stair landing. But after contacting the management, they easily dealt with reimbursing us for the repair amount requested by our home's buyer. I called the movers at 11:30AM and they said there was a mix-up and no one could show up until 3:30PM. I told them this was unacceptable and so they agreed to send two movers at 12:15PM. Not only were they reckless with my belongings, one of the movers also stole something from my previous home. Additionally, they very sloppily wrapped my vanity mirror with a brown tape that left a huge sticky mess on it. They dropped several items on the ground outside and I saw them struggle picking them up. I also had some high end boxes that they put beneath heavy boxes and they were ruined completely. Upon finishing they asked for cash and they never mentioned they didn't take card so I had to transfer via bank of america on the spot. They quoted me a fair price but I would have happily paid much more to another company that was professional. This was truly the worst experience for me. I do not recommend these guys.

I flew into town to help my daughter move and I came across this company. Neal agreed to help us move. A few days before the move date, he asked if he could come an hour earlier and I agreed to that since it worked better for my schedule. He never showed up, left us high and dry, and left us screwed. He ended up totally ghosting me and blocked my calls and messages out of nowhere. I only found out when I texted him to see what time he would arrive on the day of the move. I was left scrambling to find a mover at the very last minute. This caused a huge financial burden since I had to find new flights, also. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend.
