I was in panic mode trying to help my 82 year old mother clear out her home of 50 years when I came across Junk King's website through Yelp. I got an immediate response from them saying they could come out the next day for a free estimate. Phil and Ronnie were here the next morning exactly as agreed, and promptly and thoroughly evaluated the situation and gave me a quote that we agreed on. They immediately went to work on clearing out yard debris,an old metal shed, several heavy pieces of furniture, and everything else I threw at them as I remembered it. I was skeptical when they arrived that it would all fit in the truck, but Phil was a genius Jenga player, and packed every square inch! It was amazing to watch. I had some old dirt from a lawn replacement that was done 2 years ago. I had also accumulated several other items from around the house and yard. My roommate had been shoveling the dirt into the yard waste container little by little for the whole 2 years. I finally had enough and searched the Internet for someone that would take old dirt. I discovered Junk King and gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day between 1-3. The driver called around 11:15 and said they would be here in 30-45 minutes. They arrived promptly, gave me an estimate that I was very satisfied with, and in about an hour were done. All the while there was a steady drizzle and light rain. Upon completion they apologized that they were unable to leave the area cleaner but the rain had turned things to mud. Junk King called about 20 minutes before arriving on time as scheduled. I forgot the young ladies name but she was very helpful in scheduling a time and rescheduling a different time on the same day. She was very helpful and courteous so I hope she gets to read this review. Tyler and David arrived and surveyed what I needed to be taken away. Their truck to me looked pretty full up to capacity then they decided instead of calling for an empty truck they would re-arrange the junk in the truck so I didn't have to wait for another truck and they were confident that they could take my junk while there. In summation Tyler and David removed everything that I wanted. They both deserve recognition for evaluating things through to save time thereby being more efficient in their use of the truck. When I called to schedule a pick-up, the woman told that the person who gave me the price ($89-$99) must have been in a rush and made a mistake.
