Now instead of asking me to pay the invoice it says they will just charge a credit card I foolishly allowed them to keep on file from years ago. I will of course by disputing the charge. This company don't seem to have ethical practices. I have to say in past years they have cleaned my gutters and even installed. They seemed a good company but things seem to have changed. The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.

I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Submitting this review after reading several recent negative reviews of work done by Gikas. We have…read moreused Gikas for several projects over a period of years. Most recently a basement overhaul to use the space as a social/entertaining area. As with earlier projects, we are totally pleased with all aspects of their work. They tiled the entire floor area, painted the walls and installed new lighting. They even installed a large wall TV. While I have no reason to doubt the negative reviews, that has never been our experience. I would not hesitate to contact them for projects in the future.
