4/6/2019 Called Angel at 7:10AM on Saturday. Texted him pictures of junk to remove. He texted a quote and time for removal. Angel arrived 5 minutes early, then two other guys came in a huge trunk. This is much better, faster (within an hour!) than 1-800 junk and all the other services. Simple no frill but great fast service. I called the number on the Yelp page and that was Angel's cell phone who answered immediately and simply. I told him I had 250 cubic feet of junk (I had measured the out bounds of my stack of cardboard). He said to send a photo via text message. I did with the details of the content (mostly cardboard). Within 2 minutes he quoted me $150. I said okay. He said he'd be there in an hour. Exactly an hour later he showed up with 2 strong persons. One of them said to talk to Angel and immediately began hauling. Angel said it was a bit more than he expected and asked me if $200 was okay. I said I only had $180 available in cash. He kindly agreed and we had a deal. 15 minutes later everything was in the truck and Angel very kindly went out of his way to sweep the debris and leaves left over. He was very nice and overall I'm super satisfied with the experience. I would reuse him without hesitation. This review is long overdue.  But, compliments are needed when they are deserved.  We had a big cleanout of 2 apartment basements and 1 garage that needed to be done in short order for the citywide soft story seismic retrofit project.  The location was on a fairly steep street with no adjacent street parking and a good amount of residential traffic. We arranged with one of the owners Angel for an in-person meeting to get a written quote.  Three guys came and were ready to take on the task right away (same day service as their name says). However, we had to politely decline since we were waiting to get other written quotes from other outfits later that day.  After comparing quotes, we ended up going with them anyway due to their availability, price, resources, and professionalism. Angel, Armando, and another guy arrived around 10am as scheduled and went to work right away. They worked about 8 hours with some breaks in between.  Since they had two dump trucks at their disposal, they alternated using them in filling three full loads and dumping one full load. Even after removing all the items that were requested of them, they also broom swept the place clean. Angel also provided us with a receipt later.  Everything went as smooth as we could hope for. Making arrangements with Angel via text was efficient too. He was responsive and professional. We would definitely contact him and his team again if we ever need their services. read more
