These guys were GREAT! Good communication from the office. The first truck showed up on time. When they realized that I had underestimated how much stuff I needed junked, they called a second truck. All in all, they filled 2.5 trucks in 5 hours, including emptying a storage shed. It was a rainy day, and that didn't slow them down a bit. They were friendly, professional and worked really hard. I booked an appointment. I missed their call back to confirm. I called back the number they gave me to confirm the appointment, later that day. They called 1 hour into the scheduled appointment time to say that they cancelled the appointment because they hadn't heard back from me. They also said that they were in their "busy season". I would never use them again as it is a rip off service! They over billed my credit card 4 times instead of once and in a court settlement they agreed to refund the three charges totaling $$1,719.74 back to the credit card but they still have not done so! Therefore, again I have to go back to the court to report them and get a judgement against them. Very unprofessional people who misrepresent themselves to overcharge the customers. So happy with my experience with Junk Rescue! All in less than 12 ish hours, I reached out, received an accurate quote, and had my "junk" removed (bulky futon and chair)! Sean and Tanner were so friendly, very professional, arrived right on time, and were an all-around pleasure to work with. Recently I was helping my dad clean out his house in preparation for downsizing and we were having trouble figuring out how to handle the trash. It was difficult because we didn't know how much trash we were going to have until we did the work, and we had a tight timeline. I considered one of those "Bagsters" from Waste Management but found those were about $200 per bag to have WM come pick it up once you've filled it, and I was afraid it wouldn't be big enough and we'd wind up needing two. I considered a dumpster, but those are many hundreds of dollars and I thought a dumpster would be too big. Junk Rescue provided us with an excellent solution. I called and spoke with Jake, who explained my options clearly and told me that you only pay for the percentage of the truck that you fill. If you fill the whole thing, it's about $650 or so. We went ahead with the cleanout and called Junk Rescue to arrange a pickup time. Jake again was super nice and accommodating of our schedule -- even when we called back to change the time later. According to my dad and sister, Jake and his crew were on time and professional (I couldn't be there in person myself). We had all of the stuff piled up in the garage, so we didn't require the crew to come into the house and take items from different rooms. But they do offer that service. One of the things I really appreciated was that this service provides the crew to actually load the truck. So I didn't have to worry about my dad or my sister or me lifting heavy items into a dumpster or hauling them out to the curb. We did manage to get it all into the garage but if we'd needed to, we could have just put trash bags together in all the rooms and had the crew carry them out to the truck and haul them away. That was very much worth the peace of mind and cost. In all, my dad said it took the crew all of about 10 minutes to empty our pile out of the garage and into the truck. We took up roughly half of it and they charged us $280. Totally worth the money for the ease and peace of mind. Would recommend. read more

Easy to set up via quickly responded to Yelp Quote. They had slots open before I was even ready or available! They gave a 2 hour window and called ahead to shore up the time. And, when they arrived, it was 3 friendly able-bodied guys ready to work with tools for the job. They were in and out in under 10 minutes time with the pieces of furniture and showed caution being sure not to wreck the walls, doors or jams. Would absolutely use again. One note: they do show up with a giant billboard-like truck, so if public humiliation is not your thing or you're mortified about your hoarder status, you might talk to them and see if they have more discreet means to get rid of your crap. Ikeem and Marvin did an amazing job in torrential rain over a period of two hours. I couldn't be happier with the service, the friendliness and diligence of everyone. so...i found junk rescue when i was looking online for a dumpster rental and, as soon as i started telling mike what i needed it for, he advised me that a dumpster would be more than i needed...and offered a suggestion of which i wasn't even aware! i was already sold when he did this because he didn't want to oversell me...THAT'S great business! fast forward to the first visit by maria and her crew, to give me an idea of the cost and then to zach and xavier who came to grab my pieces-of-kitchen which we were demolishing on our own. can i just say FABULOUS?! I have a 100 year old 3 story plus basement house and they moved things all over. The price was within the rough estimate they gave me over the telephone. My only complaint is the office never told the guys about my Yelp discount and the guys on site rang the sale up at full price. They gave me a coupon towards a future visit, but I should have gotten the discount on this visit.The lack of the promised discount is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. read more

Very pleased with the service. I scheduled the night before on their website and they were able to accommodate me the very next day. They ran late but called me to let me know exactly what was happening. The price is based on how much space the items take in the truck. I had 3 large items including a very large entertainment center. Cost about $250. , well worth the convenience. They were super courteous and professional.
