Javier and Jonathan are two of the NICEST guys I've ever had do any type of service at my home. They just left my house a few minutes ago and I knew immediately I needed to write a review. They were very quick to respond via text and courteous in giving updated ETA's. When they arrived, they were very efficient in removing my junk. They hauled away a sofa, loveseat, and hot tub. The hot tub proved to be problematic as my gate opening wasn't wide enough. Javier and Jonathan were never rude about that and all three of us kept trying to brainstorm how to get it out of my yard. They finally were able to maneuver it through my FRONT DOOR!! These guys worked extra hard and kept a smile on their faces the whole time. And, the most amazing part: Javier told me after picking up the property that it wasn't as heavy as he'd thought and he could actually charge me less than what he'd quoted me. 10 stars! I am late writing this review. But I have to say, this is the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had, working with any kind of home service / contractor. Javier is extremely responsible, punctual, and his communication is A+++++++++. I called with him with last minute notice for a job that took 8+ hours. He was there, early the next day, with his helper. They worked fast and professionally, complete nice guys and total pros. Moved about 400 square feet of landscaping rocks from a distant location to my house. They brought their own trailer for the job, and their own shovels and wheelbarrow. It was not an easy job. Sent a request for a quote and got a reply and phone call shortly after. We had been cleaning out a hoarding relatives house and realized that throwing one trash can full away each week would take us 6 months to finish.
