Best experience I have ever had at a mechanic's repair shop. Jun got me in quickly for a brake service and confirmed I only needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced when another shop suggested I needed both front and rear. He also helped me understand why the rear sway bar link might have been broken prior to our buying the car when it was towed, which may help me get the repair covered by the dealer. His prices were consistent with the other shop but he topped off my coolant as well, which the other shop wanted to charge for. All of this to say this experience at Jun's was a blessing. Jun performed a pre-purchase visual inspection of a hybrid car for us. When we made the appointment, he informed us that he couldn't assess the battery condition and asked if we still wanted to schedule. His transparency convinced us of his integrity. He found subtle evidence that the car had been in an accident: paint lines, plastic welds, replaced bolts. He even invited us in to look at what he found! Jun and his shop are people of integrity. Every time I had my radiator, battery, or car malfunction, I would pray there would be a kind mechanic who would not rip me off. Jun has not only troubleshot my car problems, he has given the lowest quotes of the industry. I had a overwhelming rotten egg smell coming from my car, and I took it over to Jun. My "at oil temp" was warning me it was at all time high. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and the quote came about to be 500 some when it should have been 5000 bucks. Jun is our family auto mechanic. He maintains all our vehicles - Honda's and Subaru and at one point my old Beamer. If a repair is needed, Jun will take you inside the shop and show you what's failing in your vehicle and explain what needs to be done. Very rare you'll find this at other shops. Very impressed with my first visit. I can't remember the last mechanic who actually shows you the parts they replaced. Jun is wonderful, very communicative and wants you to understand what he is doing which is important to me. Pricing is very competitive and found I save hundreds over two other mechanics. I own a 1995 Lexus LS400. Jun's Auto took care of my baby for about 4 years while I was living in Federal Way. They did some major service for me in March and I drove to California. I had my timing belt and water pump replaced by this shop. They quoted me the lowest price and I was able to bring in my own parts. Not many shops let you bring in your own parts. So that was great to hear. After everything was replaced they showed me the old parts that was taken off the car to show proof that the work was actually done. Great guys and friendly. I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off or do an up sale suggesting more service to be done. I was so happy with their service that I brought my car in again to have the brakes checked out. They replaced my brakes but notice a leak coming from one of the brake line pipes. They told me they didn't have the tools to fix it because they didn't have a special tool to bend pipes. They went out of there way to even calling brakes shops around the area to see if they can do it. I thought that was very nice of them to do that. I highly recommend these guys.
