I am an extreme lover of donuts, but I'm also a highly selective donut eater. Grocery store donuts are a no-go. So hitting the hyped about Jupiter Donuts was a must. Super cute place but really off the beaten bath for Jupiter. Must be committed to the donut family to trek so far from the Highway. I was so excited for my visit I actually had nightmares of showing up and they were sold out. Not the case today at 6:45am. I had the full attention of the staff and could peruse to my delight. Sadly the blueberry pancake donut was featured the day before so I settled on plain blueberry cake, red velvet with chocolate frosting & sprinkles, banana coconut & the peanut butter chocolate. Well, 2 out of 4 were AH-mazing. The red velvet chocolate had a nice surprising flavor of real cocoa. So good. Even the plain blueberry had those super sweet mini blueberries (reminded me of the blueberries from Duncan Hines muffins. The chocolate peanut butter was very dessert like. The banana coconut just very doughy and a few bites was enough to convince me it would be memorable as a cake donut with real bananas and toasted coconut. My advice...stick with the cake donuts. The donuts are great and the hot breakfasts are delicious. My favorites are the old fashioned glazed donuts and the hungry man sandwich. Their croissants and biscuits are absolutely perfect. One thing about this location in particular is that the girl that runs the front, I believe her name is Taylor, has fantastic customer service skills. She makes the experience exceptionally pleasant. i have always been impressed with the quality of Jupiter donuts until today. my delivery order of 1/2 dozen donuts was not up to standard. the maple bacon bar had wet sticky icing (unlike the usual maple icing) topped with undercooked bacon. one donut had soggy multicolored cereal flakes that ruined the taste & texture. the others were all chocolate flavors/toppings which is not my preference. my previous orders have had better variety & quality. the classic glazed donut is the only exception to above. disappointed overall. read more

This was my first time there. I've heard nothing but great things about this local donut shop. I walk in and stand in what I think is a line at the register under the sign that reads "place you order here". The cashier finishes with the person in front of me then walks away to help the guy that just walked in with 3 kids. I say to myself ok well maybe kids take precedence since it's a local family establishment. Since I'm new and don't know better, I let it go. The cashier took his order cashed him out and then proceeded to help the next guys that just walked in. What pisses my off more is that the cashier made eye contact with me right before he took each persons order. He knew I was standing there and choose not to acknowledge me. The donuts were sugary goodness. We also had the biscuits and gravy which I recommend. The gravy was delicious and had a little kick to it. We learned, the day before, you have to get there by 8:30 if you want donut selection. They are open until they sell out. The employees were very friendly. Based on reviews, I called ahead the day before for call-ahead ordering and pre-paid so that I wouldn't have to wait in line or worry about them selling out. We got a mix of red velvet, chocolate peanut butter, cookies & cream, apple fritter, glazed, and chocolate m&m. Each donut was better than the next! They expanded and just opened another location in Royal Palm Beach, which is great! They are a great small business with great quality and low prices (under $10 for a dozen).
