I recently noticed they're now offering sourdough bagels, which I'm excited to try on my next visit. My go to order is an everything bagel, scooped and toasted, with cream cheese. Sometimes I switch it up with the salmon cream cheese, and other times I keep it classic with plain or veggie. Either way, it's always fresh and delicious. They also offer a variety of breakfast and deli sandwiches, including egg salad, bacon, ham, or sausage egg and cheese, and even a bagel wrapped hot dog, along with freshly baked muffins, so there's truly something for everyone. The staff is attentive and friendly, even when the lines are long, which I really appreciate. Their coffee selection is another standout. I live near this location in Jupiter and have been customer for several years, but no longer. The restaurant has gone downhill over the past few months and the problems have become so bad that I feel I am risking my health if I eat there again. For starters, the restaurant is usually filthy. Floors, tabletops both inside and out. Garbage is not emptied frequently enough to prevent overflows. The soda machine is usually a bit sketchy on the outside so I have to wonder if they even bother keeping it clean on the inside. As others have pointed out in these reviews, staff is careless about things like washing hands and keeping prep areas clean. In more than one occasion I witnessed improper food handling. Prices for the menu items have skyrocketed (though this is the case everywhere, so can't ding them for inflation) but quality and portion sizes have not remained consistent. The last straw for me was when I ordered a bagel with nova cream cheese on the side. The cream cheese had obviously turned bad, either because it was too old or refrigeration problems. In my opinion , this location will either keep losing customers until it shuts down or the health department will do it. Unfortunate, because it is a very convenient location and if the store was cleaned up and management made an effort to improve sanitation and quality, I'm sure it would succeed. Came here for breakfast this morning. Was in the mood for a bagel and lox sandwich. First of all despite the name, not close to a good Brooklyn or NJ bagel. It's a 3 on a 1 to 5 scale. I had their Williamsburg ( lox, cream cheese, tomato and red onion on a bagel) , well made and tasty. Also had an iced coffee and one of the best things about this place is that they have coffee ice cubes, so that your iced coffee doesn't get diluted as they melt. I've visited this location three times in the past month, and each visit had an issue. First visit: I ordered the Brooklyn, and they forgot the egg. How do you forget a main ingredient? Second visit: An older employee working the front was loudly cursing under her breath at coworkers while refilling the coffee. I also tried to order the limited-time cream cheese and was told they don't actually offer it and only put the signs up because of corporate. Third visit: I ordered a bagel with bacon, and they forgot the bacon. So, forgetting the egg wasn't a one time issue... This location used to be good, but something clearly needs to change. However there is a nice sized dining room and outside seating. It's always active in the mornings Regular customers. Creative pairings using the bagel as the canvas. The iced coffee is off the chart. They have ice cubes that are made with coffee. No dilution of the iced coffee as you savor every drop. I get it straight. But they have lots of flavoring options and creamers. I ordered one of the limited time only items. A brilliant use of the bagel for a deli classic. Terrific flavor. Great value. They also offer another classic you see at delis. Corned beef hash. Clever use of their in house products and utilizing the ingredients in classic ways. They take eggs, put on corned beef and hash browns. Phenomenal! It sure which of the sannys is my favorite. However, I have been to several BWBs on my travels to FL and this one is pretty good. So good I came back twice. The service was prompt and correct. Prices are pretty good. The bagels are not too far from what you get in the NYC/NJ area. They offer Taylor Ham (Pork Roll if you're in the know). Overall one of the nicer/cleaner/better BWBs I have been too. Iced coffee is offer with FROZEN coffee cubes which is always a nice touch. I don't know why more places don't do this. This morning I threw the cashier a litter curveball with my order where I was requesting a side of Taylor ham. She was having difficulty finding the options so I said forget it and I ordered a bagel with the TH and I would toss the bagel to the birds. Brooklyn Water Bagel has, by far, the best bagels I've had outside of NY. The kids especially love their Asiago cheese bagels. They've got a great selection of muffins, egg sandwiches, and customizable omelets for breakfast as well. My only complaint is that they consistently overcook/burn the omelets. We grabbed breakfast here about two weekends ago. A busy Saturday morning. Once you open the doors to walk into this place, you feel like you are stepping in to a New York deli! This is a Brooklyn Water Bagel company, with emphasis on "Brooklyn." The water is everything. They even ship the water in from Brooklyn to make the bagels. No playing around here.. serious business! Lots of choices on the menu. If you haven't been in before, give yourself a few minutes to look over the menu. There are quite a few bagel choices and you can also get some different bread choices. (no gluten free though ) Each one of us got a breakfast bagel sandwich with egg, sausage, cheese, etc. But the one sandwich that was truly the best was the pastrami and egg sandwich. We all got a bite of that one, but I certainly would go back and order one for myself. We also ordered one bagel with just strawberry cream cheese. That one was delicious also. The coffee was great. They have iced coffee as well. And the most creative concept, "ice cubes that are actually frozen coffee" flavors! Love this concept and loved our breakfast. Check this place out. I've been a patron of Brooklyn Water Bagels (BWB) since 2015. Generally their bagels were good and close enough to NY bagels to solicite my business. During the past year I have had two negative experiences and feel that the quality of this establishment is slipping drastically. In September 2023 I was at the Jupiter BWB and ordered "A half dozen bagels" to go. The employee who took, packaged, and handed me the order was named Lily ( according to the name on the receipt), I returned home, only to find that I received 4 bagels. I paid for 1/2 dozen - 6 bagels, but received 4 bagels. I assumed that "Lily" misunderstood me and thought I said "I would like 1/3 of a dozen bagel", because that's something people order all the time :/ Still, that doesn't explain why she changed me for 6 bagels. Nonetheless, I chalked it up to an innocent error. Today my husband and I went to the Jupiter BWB for breakfast. Lily was working today and took our order. I specifically told her "We are both getting the same sandwich, both sandwiches on an everything bagel, and both of them with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion." I paid for the order with the APP and waited at the table for our order. Lily brought over our order - ONE SANDWICH! I said "where is the other one?" Lily said "Oh you wanted two? Sorry, come back to the register, I only rang up one". So my husband started eating his while I went back to the register to reorder mine. While I was waiting again at my table for MY sandwich, Lily delivered an order to the table next to us, where 2 customers were seated. Lily put THREE sandwiches on their table. The couple looked puzzled, and then the women said "I don't know who this third sandwich is for, we only ordered two. Lily looked at the woman's receipt and said, look, I charged you for three sandwiches. The woman expressed that now she understood why her bill seemed so high and that she didn't think to review the receipt until now. Lily just said "Sorry about that" and walked away...leaving the customers with a third sandwich they didn't want and Lily made no offer to reimburse them to correct the error. My sandwich finally was deliver to my table and Lily made her perfunctory "Sorry about that" statement, shrugged and walked away. Lastly, the coffee I had was barely luke warm (at least the coffee temperature can't be Lily's fault). All total, out breakfast today for the two sandwiches with barely any cream cheese on them, lukewarm warm coffee, and an orange juice cost approximately $35. I won't be back for breakfast, bagels or anything from Brooklyn Water Bagels. It is evident to me that no one is evaluating the quality of food or service at this establishment and repeated "Sorrys" with no genuine remedy, are disingenuous. read more

We have been going to this shop for three years, while we were on vacation. We have been twice, this trip and BOTH times, we have been sadly, VERY DISAPPOINTED! This bagel store is in the movie shopping plaza on the corner of Indiantown Road and Alternative A1A, directly across the street from Harbourside Place. Parking is free and easy in the giant lot in front of the shopping plaza. The Original Brooklyn Water Bagels are chewy and tasteful, especially my favorite: Asiago. I also like their very fruity and moist blueberry muffin. I appreciate that they carry black and white cookies! They have a very large section dedicated to making your own coffee.
