Someone during my car wash stole $15 from my wallet. I just left there. I had $15 in my wallet, and I was planning to tip with that money. I DOUBLE CHECKED before leaving for the car wash. When I hopped out of the car I forgot to grab the wallet. Detailer pulled my car around and I said "one minute I'm going to grab your tip from this wallet." BUT MY MONEY WAS GONE! I could not be more sure that this money was stolen. I went in to talk to the manager to see video tapes, but he said the detailer has worked here for 7 years and never stolen. I'm not sure who it was, but I saw 5 men in my car at one time. It could have been any of them. I loved this place but I can never go back again. Get with the program and allow paperless coupons. Really annoying when my printer doesn't work and the girl at the register tells me she can accept it from my phone because she has to staple to the receipt. You should also have some type of customer loyalty program. Car wash is ok - I come here because of the location but now that you can't accept online coupons I might have to go elsewhere read more

I have been going since it opened. Love the vibe of the gift shop and coffee, BUT they no longer do a great job. Console usually left 'sort of' cleaned, vacuum job 'ok'. They need to step up to compete with other car wash service providers. If you're not happy with the finished product, let them know while there so they can finish the job. read more

Today I had two cars fully detailed, and one of them had several dents on the hood from a hailstorm. I can honestly say the dents are totally gone, there are no scratch marks where the dents were, and the vehicle looks like new (it is actually pretty new). Both vehicles look better than when I purchased them. These folks know how to fix dents and detail cars! I can't speak more highly of the service they perform, and they do it in an expert fashion. I paid $129.99 for the "executive complete" package which was a full detail, interior and exterior. Maybe I was just expecting more because this is the first time I've ever paid for a detail on my car... but I feel for that price there shouldn't be one drop of anything anywhere!! There is still dirt in all the cracks of my car. My dash camera/ radio area still had dirt all over it (which I don't remember it being there before I arrived.) Still sand/dirt on my carpets. It looks like they didn't even hardly touch my rims, which I even double checked to see if maybe if it was just corrosion on the metal of my rims, but it came right off with a little spit on my finger and a wipe. I wish I would have checked the reviews here first before going, and unfortunately I had to leave to pick up my son from school so I didn't have time to ask for further assistance. Highly advise to go somewhere else for you detailing needs. I feel robbed. read more

Definitely not worth the money. I went in for a standard wash and tire cleaning ( think it was called the Grouper). The rims were not very clean and they were still spots of dirt on the car windows and paint. I had to get a rag and clean it up more myself. I'm really not that fussy, but if you're paying $14 for a carwash that doesn't even include using a vacuum cleaner or a dash wipe down, I would expect the spots to have been removed with a towel like I did myself after returning home. Additionally they parked car behind a car that was obviously getting some full service cleaning, so I had to wait over 10 minutes for that car to finish before I could leave. I was driving an older car, perhaps they didn't feel like it was worth giving me a decent effort or I dont tip well because I drive an older car? I noticed the newer cars were getting a lot of time spent on them even though they were getting the same type of basic wash. I should have said something or asked to use a rag and finish up the cleaning on site instead of being frustrated when I got home. Sort of my bad too. read more

I was very disappointed with my service today. I paid for the $29.95 Marlins wash with cleaning of the mats. The outside of the car was okay but the inside didn't even seem like it was cleaned at all. The dash, console and cup holders are supposed to be cleaned and none of it was. The vacuum job was half done and the mats didn't seem very clean either. I wouldn't recommend this place for how much you're paying and the service you get. Look somewhere else. read more

Horrible! Save your money & go anywhere else. I purchased the Marlin today because I had a $5 off coupon. When I pulled up the only request I had was to clean the gas cap, I even open the lock for them to remind them. 15mins later I leave with a car that still has the crayon marketed on the window letting the washer know which package I purchased indicating a poor wash job. Additionally my gas cap was very dirty. I ended up bringing my car home to wash it myself with a rag. This was not my only bad experience with this car wash company. The only reason why I'm giving 1 star is the free tasty coffee/tea while you wait. Seriously though cleaning a car well should not take 15 mins or less! I will not be returning! read more

Let me preface; the reason I went here, well there were 3. #1 It's super close to my house. #2 I normally wash my own car cause I like things done right but wanted to save time and effort. #3 I won't lie, the place has a great aesthetic look to it. I wanted a fast wash nothing special but what I got was much less than expected. I felt like they spit on my car and sent me out to dry! For $10 I would expect them to at least wipe off the extra water! I'd even tip if they made my tires shine. Is it too much to ask for good service now? I guess so. Save your time and your money! I'm not entirely sure why I came back. Today I went and they scratched both sides of my car. There seemed to be some waxy substance mixed in with the fresh scratches. When I brought it to the managers attention he rolled his eyes at me and only said sorry after I pointed out the eye rolling and lack of apology. I firmly believe that the scratches we due to something stuck in the machine/ car wash or something on someone's pants. However, the refusal to listen and apologize was upsetting. Then he said, "what, do you want me to give you a free car wash!" Of course not, they scratched my car, I'm not going back. Then he asked if I want a refund. It's not the cost of the wash. They scratched my car! A free car wash does not make that better. However, just an apology would have made it feel better. Sincerity goes a long way. read more

I have been here several times and when they first opened the car washing was very good. Unfortunately the last three times I went there it was disappointing. Each time it seemed to be worse. The last time I went there I said to myself your need to go somewhere else because this is a bad job. But I decided to give them one more try. I didn't get the inexpensive wash, I got what they call the Super Marlin, $29.95 before tax. This time the wheels still had some brake dust on the hub caps, the door panels had some marks on them and there were areas on the exterior that looked dirty as did the rocker panels. All of these things I was able to clean myself with little difficulty. If you want to get a good car wash do not go to Jupiter Inlet Car Wash. I gave them three chances and after inferior car washes, I'm out and have no intention of taking my car to this place ever again. read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! They will Destroy it and Blame You! I'm serious! You may not have a problem the first time, or even they second or third. Eventually you will see their work is well below par. (Just read any other review) For example: on my previous and finale visit I paid for the Express Interior $42.35, as I had a stain on my mat and wanted my leather conditioned. The spot on the mat came back worse then before and they didn't even bother to wipe out the cup holder. Quality of service is really the least of their problems. My daily driver is a flagship Mercedes Benz. I know every square inch of this vehicle as i'm in it at least 2 hours a day. When I was summoned to my car upon completion, I could clearly see the chrome molding strip (on the passenger side door) ripped half way off and bent at a 90 degree angle. I ask the finisher "what is this?" His response: after attempting to press it back on with his foot was, "would you like to see our manager? Oh, I'm sorry he is not here" So I call later that day and spoke with said manager. He asked me what time I was in and he would watch the surveillance tape to see what happened. I return the next day to speak with the manager, Gabriel. I asked him did he watch the tape and he said NO. We went out to look at their handy work and Gabriel proceeds to tell me that the chrome strip was applied with aftermarket glue/tape and was not their fault. I told him I've owned the car since new and never had an accident or any knowledge of the molding coming off before. Emphatically he told me that Mercedes does not use this type of glue/tape (I guess in his spare time from managing a car wash he moonlights as a Mercedes Master Mechanic) On their website, they tout being a family owned business and a part of the community for over 30 years. Gunnar A Askeland Sr. is the President and i'm assuming the owner of this trap, which grosses over $550,000 year. (Surely half of this revenue comes from gift shop, which they are clearly more concerned with) So after Gabriel called me a lier twice I had to speak with his superior. I really wanted to see how the Gunnar would handle my issue. After leaving 4 messages and calling a total of 6 times, here I sit writing this review as Gunnar "the family man" never had the courage to call me back. You have been warned! Don't let the pretty facade and shinny trinkets inside fool you. These degenerates don't care about you or your property! Keep driving my friend! read more

Amazing car wash! The car wash itself is super fast and the employees are great. There is a relaxing inside waiting area that doubles as a boutique...not a cheap boutique but legitimate things like cards, wine toppers, and what not. Coffee of course, and there's also a nice outside waiting area. My rearview mirror had fallen off PREVIOUSLY to coming here and I had bought another but hadn't installed it because I didn't know how. I asked the manager if any of his employees were handy, and they put my mirror back on right there! So helpful and my car is back to normal AND super shiny! read more

We just tried this car wash for the first time. Went with the $70 service plus an additional fee for exterior wax. Not very happy with the quality of the service we received. The inside of the car doors were still dirty as was the console. The seats were not cleaned and the exterior still had dirt spots. Needless to say I was not happy and will more than likely not go back. Very disappointed plus for $100 I could have had the car detailed elsewhere. read more

Great car wash! Workers outside do a fantastic job! Inside is another story! Cashier was unable to issue a gift card for the customer ahead of me. After 10 minutes the customer left without the card. I was using the balance of my gift card. When it was time to pay, the gift card was taken, scanned, and then the total amount without the credit was applied to my credit card. Good thing I checked. Got the full detail interior and exterior, the detail aspect they did wonderful. As far as the customer service I am extremely disappointed. I walk into an empty boutique with about 5 employees behind the desk chatting, after a bit one finally decides to acknowledge me. I then inform them I would like a $130 service he then hands me off to a young woman who feels ordering a pizza is more important than their non existent customer service. She decides to first call the pizza place, and then continue with my transaction all while ordering the pizza. I won't be back, the lack of professionalism was astonishing. read more

I've had mediocre service here before, but usually ok. Today they wanted an extra $5 to get the love bugs off my car, but it came out with smashed bugs still on the grill and hood. I complained and they said the bugs were into the paint. Well I had it washed Friday here and they came clean, but somehow the bugs I got yesterday and today were much more tenacious and burrowed into my paint. Really? They just didn't want to put the extra work in. This place has been going downhill. Last year it seemed fine but 2 trips in a row that were unsatisfactory does it for me. I'll go elsewhere.
