I booked two 75-min massages for my husband and myself on one of our last days in Park City, after a week of skiing and keeping up with my fitness/weight lifting routine. I had Melanie for my massage. Before we began, I told her in general what my problem area were, but she was very intuitive and spent a good 30 min just on my upper back and shoulders, where I hold a lot of my tension. I told her I liked firm pressure, and I definitely got a deep tissue massage, at no extra cost. She gave me a lot of strong sensations to breathe through! At times, I could feel the myofascial attachments snapping like little rubberbands. So if you are looking for a therapeutic or sports massage, I would highly recommend Melanie! All together, with gratuity, it cost us less than it would have for just one 60-min massage at the resort we are staying at, and I'm sure at better quality! read more

I love this place! Melanie is my usual go to, but from what I have heard, the group is all amazing. I first started seeing her when I was undergoing chemo and was a mess, and now I go for either sports related massage (IT bands, hip issues, other muscular) or just a much needed relaxation massage. Atmosphere is clean and contemporary, with a nice hint of mountain retreat; very warm and welcoming and perfect energy. Better music too than anywhere I have been. One of the best things is the ease of booking online; I can see exactly what times/dates are available and fit best with my schedule. Any I never have any challenge with parking.
