We found Align Spa through Google while planning our vacation in Park City. They had the highest ratings and the most affordable prices, so we decided to book--and we're so glad we did! This was honestly one of the best massage experiences we've ever had. Before the massage, they spent time talking with us about our preferences and any problem areas, which made the whole experience feel very personalized. Everyone was professional, skilled, and focused on making sure we were comfortable from start to finish. They even offered water before and after the session, which was a thoughtful touch. We booked a 90-minute duet (couples massage). My husband had Alyssa, and she did an incredible job with pressure--he usually leaves massages saying it wasn't firm enough, but this time he said it was perfect. I had Charisse, who used the lighter pressure I prefer while still working out some knots. We both felt amazing afterward. My mom and I have been coming to Align for years and have never had a bad treatment! This time Alex and Kayla were my massage therapist and esthetician. Two thumbs up for both of them Alex gave me a 90 minute tailored massage for the spots that really needed it. Kayla's facial for me was so relaxing and she uses wonderful massage techniques too. Align is definitely a one of a kind spa experience! My mom and I normally both get massages and facials. Last time we tried the hair treatment which was a nice add on if you hair is dry here. The other key points is they have a wonderful tea setup and room to relax in while you wait for your treatment. Also, there is a rescue King Charles spaniel that is wandering on occasion (Gracie), she is the sweetest and for me (because I love dogs), it makes the experience that much better. I wanted the hair and scalp treatment which was advertised to include a neck, shoulder, arm/hand, leg/foot massage. When I called to schedule my service I was told the clinician was new, was put on hold while they checked to see if she could do the treatment, and was told she could. However the treatment I received did not match the description of the service. No massaging happened - no neck, shoulders, arms/hands, legs/feet. After I'd paid and left a tip (so I wasn't asking for any financial recompense), I told who I'm pretty sure is their Clinical Education Director what happened and he didn't even offer an apology for my experience. My clinician was very nice, I do not consider this issue her fault, this is a training/management issue. They have my cell phone number and my email address - and not a single person has bothered to reach out. In my opinion the sign of a good business is how they address problems, and that starts with a basic apology. *At Align's request I sent this review to them almost two weeks ago and still no one has responded. I'm out of state so maybe they just don't care, but that might be worth knowing if you're considering visiting from out of state too. read more

A++++ This place did not disappoint. We did the signatures combo, which was a 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial and was quite possibly the most amazing thing I've ever done for myself. The ambiance was incredible. The staff was superb. If you are looking to treat yourself to a spa day this is the place to do it! I came in with my mother and my best friend to celebrate their birthdays and was so thoroughly impressed by everything. I wish we could all just live there. We will be back again soon. Beware of the masseuse whose hands were plunged into the arctic prior to placing them on my back. I jumped. She said relax. Frozen fingers again. I tense. She says breathe deeply. I say, "Your hands are ice cold!" She says, "I know." Omg. If I wasn't tense before, I was now. CCCold hands. The first 15 -20 min of this massage were not relaxing at all due to Miss Frigid Fingers. I wondered of her experience and asked her how long she'd been at Align - 6 months. She used her forearm to do much of the massage - missing most of my back. But then she would "forget" and Ice Queen would cause me to tense up yet again. She asked, "Is this pressure okay?" Yes. Then, "Are essential oils okay?" Yes. But there was no discussion that essential oils cost a $10 premium. Seriously, I'm not a fan of them at all - olfactory overload is not relaxing either. Suggestions: 1) Avoid the girl who just competed in the ice bucket challenge. 2) Be upfront with clients about what you are up selling. This was the least relaxing massage I have ever received. Ever. If I based Align massages from this experience, I wouldn't go back. If you do go to Align, ask for Holly. She knows what she's doing. Or Mozart. You'll be happy with him too. Thomas was amazing, exactly what I needed after getting beat up trying snowboarding for the first time yesterday. My entire body was sore and aching. I got the therapeutic massage with the yoga balm addition. It was truly "the balm"! I ended up buying some, I left feeling minty and soothed all over. What do girls do during the day when it's cold outside!??! Manis and pedis!!! For us, it was just manis, but it just has a nicer ring w/both, okay? Made appointments for two manis, same day, within two hours of the service. No problem. That, in itself should have raised red flags. Obviously their biz is slow. Service is friendly, but SLOW, mentally, I asked for change for a $100 bill and she gave me $90 back, and she COUNTED to 90. Good God. Girl needs to take some basic math or get a brain. Whichever. Polish: OPI, great, too bad the colors are dated and the shelf life is WAY past it's livelihood. Facilities: Small, cozy, manis are given on a fold out table, client seated on a couch. Pretty comfy. Mugs and herbal tea are provided. Prices are not cheap, $35 for a mani, not French either. I was told that the Sundance SWAG bags had certificates to Align. Location is pretty far off the main drag, it's about a 15 minute walk from Main Street. Laser hair removal is available. Many lines of skincare: Obagi, Peter Thomas Roth & Jane Iredale. read more

Great experience while on vacation. I looked up all of the spas in the area before arriving with deep research and kept align at the top of my list. I called and made a reservation for the following day (Sun) and was able to be accommodated for two people. When I arrived, I filled out quick paperwork and waited in the lounge. I made tea but was immediately called upon by Shane, my masseuse. The room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and you rarely heard anything from the outside lobby. The bed was heated. Shane has good form pressure and checked in occasionally. It was slightly different than Chinese massages I get normally but really enjoyable. He had slow, controlled movements and it was relaxing. I had 90 mins and it didn't feel like it because everything was slower but it's not a bad thing. I just wish it was longer, of course. The one thing to note is they do not wipe you down with a wet warm towel to get the oil off so you'll still be a bit oily. Pricing was fair ($140 for 90 mins) and for the Park City area I think that's reasonable! read more

DANGER-- NO COVID PROTOCOLS AND RUDE STAFF. Unvaccinated facial technician who wasn't even going to wear a mask even though an hour appointment in which I obviously cannot wear a mask (as it's a facial). I am a new mother and it took me 4 hours (pumping breast milk getting a babysitter etc) to prepare for a moment of "me time" but they wouldn't tell me on the phone if they were vaccinated so had already paid for babysitter. Once I found out in person that technician wasn't vaccinated I had to leave. MOST IMPORTANT: They wouldn't have told me if I didn't ask!! They need to make it very clear if they are not following covid protocols. I know it's just a facial but I had been looking forward to this hour for months. Staff was incredibly rude about the situation and told me if I was worried it was my problem and I should just stay home. I am vaccinated but that only protects me (and my baby) 66% and if technician also vaccinated would have been close to 100%.... So sad and angry. THEY WOULD HAVE JUST PUT ME AND MY BABY IN DANGER bc it's "their prerogative" (a literal quote from front desk). DO NOT GO. read more

Had a fantastic spa experience at Align. Wonderful 90 min massage followed by a great facial. The facilities are clean, comfortable and the staff was quite attentive and nice. My only issue was the esthetician doing my facial added an extra cost service that I did not request (in fact you get an add-on sheet which I did not select any additional cost options). When checking out I noticed the extra charge and let the front desk know. They were quick to remove the charge, but had I have not caught it, I would've had to pay that extra fee, which was never expressed to me. My massage therapist, Marissa, was the highlight and epitome of professionalism. Her hands are strong, her delivery and sensitivity unmatched. I was surprised to find that she has only been practicing for one year. She was conversational but only in response to my questions, while allowing me to take a deep dive into my relaxation. We didn't want to leave and want to go back! (Mozart when you are in Indianapolis you must let me know!!). We had he option to do an all day day spa, but are so glad we opted for Align instead!! I have not ever ever written a review although I do rely heavily on yelp reviews. However, the massage I received here while on my ski trip compelled me to shout out to anyone willing to read this... RUN to Align Spa and ask for DEVAN! It was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had.... and I've had countless ones. He listened to me and really worked on the areas I had the most tension (neck, trapezius, shins, forearms). He truly understands the body with all its muscles groups. Some deep tissue massages I've experienced were ones where either the pressure was insufficient or just brute force in the wrong places. Devan knew the acupressure points and really relieved a lot of my tension. I walked away feeling so much lighter. I only wished that he lived in my town so that I can go to him on a regular basis!!! Lucky Park City people, you have a gem in your town. The spa itself was clean and 'no fuss' (no steam room, Jacuzzi, etc) which I also liked. If I return to Utah for any reasons and am in the vicinity of Park City, I'd make sure I come back to Align Spa and ask for Devan. read more

I have been to Align several times and have always had a wonderful experience. I also believe the prices are very reasonable for a full-service spa. I have visited Thomas for massage at least 5 times- wonderful. Today, I just had a facial from Haley and it was also wonderful. I would definitely recommend both. I have brought several friends with me over the past few years and their feedback has been great as well. We will keep going. Convenient, clean, friendly.... I do agree the changing room area is not great, but not a concern for me. They also have dogs present- some people may not like this- but I enjoy it; they are cute and friendly, This girl is definitely a big fan of Align Spa!!! read more

Glorious, I tell you. I felt glorious after. My experience is a bit different from the day-to-day services, as I came in with 12 of my best friends for a bridal shower pamper-thon (and no, I don't mean the diaper variety.) They reserved the whole place for us for 3 hours while we indulged in massages and mani/pedis. Calli was our contact person and she did a wonderful job setting everything up - they even had tea, croissant sandwiches, and a cheese and fruit platter for us to munch on! Massage: Very relaxing and my masseuse (Cheri) did a good job of concentrating on the areas I wanted and changed up the pressure according to how I liked it. After a day on the slopes, I needed it for sure. Mani/Pedi: BEST EVER. Hailey did an incredible job with my cuticles - to me that part of my fingers are important, and most estheticians don't do a great job. Usually they tend to pull at the excess skin, which always leaves my skin irritated a few days after. Hayley used this cuticle "chisel" thing, and I LOVED IT. She took her time and didn't rush through any part of the mani/pedi. The sugar/coffee scrub was nice and the massage was relaxing. The Spa did a great job that day and the decor and ambiance were on point. The prices I think are a tad high, but I wouldn't know b/c my girls treated me that day! :) I just wish I could pack Hailey up with me everywhere I travel so that my cuticles could be perfect all the time. read more
