Let's just say this lovely shop saved my wife's day. She had some Lilly Pulitzer outfits she needed…read morehemmed. The first place we tried used non-stretch thread on a stretchy material. You could see it and when trying to put it on, the lack of stretch made it impossible. The joy returned when my wife went to Thi-Vu and was happily welcomed, reviewed the previous work, and said they would make it right. After a quick fitting and such they took care of it. A few days later the garments were picked up and my wife was shocked at the excellent work Thi-Vu performed. I'll be taking some trousers there soon. I must say, I've made one run to collect some other garments for my wife and the staff are so kind and friendly. It is a breath of fresh air to find a place like this. And those who follow me know that I almost prefer not to share wonderful places like this hahaha, but we are so happy to have found this place. I had 3 white articles of clothing, all from the same line, that had aged poorly and had taken on a yellowish appearance, not to mention having stains. I almost got rid of them, but they had been initially quite expensive and beautiful. I asked what could be done & the woman I believe to be the owner said she'd give it her best shot. Picked them up and two out of the three literally look brand new. The one remaining piece had a teeny tiny stain that didn't come out with her initial efforts, but she didn't want to give up and is trying one last time. Honestly, the article was so white and pretty that I would've been willing to take it with the microscopic stain, as it had even been lightened, but she was shooting for perfection. That's something that seems to be missing in a lot of businesses these days... Aiming high and caring about reputation. Two thumbs up to Cinderella Cleaners...they've never let me down!

What kind of business charges 45 dollars for dry cleaning two items.. gives one back and takes the other item? Don't go to this dry cleaners as I am still asking for my property back. This is horrible and disrespectful business to customers.. I can't believe they are taking my personal property which they did not buy.. it's stealing from the customer.
