This al pastor is some of the best anywhere! It's cut off of a vertical el trompo spit with a tasty redish marinade, tender chunks of pork, super good. The best way I've enjoyed it is inside a Vampiro, stuffed and overflowing with meat for around $6 each. It's basically a mulita instead between two cracker crispy tortillas. I also tried one of their Tijuana-style street tacos, their asada, average in size, meat with good flavor, and smothered in guacamole. I liked it, but not worth $3 each.
