Soft and pliable, slightly chewy, while also being tender and juicy. They NAILED it. Big bonus points for their toppings bar -- I love being able to add what I want to my tacos! Portions were pretty hefty. The fries were crispy, although some of the fries under the portion with more meat and toppings were a bit cold and soft. The tacos had plenty of guacamole on it however, it made it hard to taste the flavor of the actual meat. Overall, not bad tacos, but also not the best. The al pastor was tender and crispy at the same time. You could taste the pineapple and the meat had an excellent flavor. I left wanting more al pastor tacos. I added raw diced onions, cilantro, and tomatillo sauce on my tacos. I'll definitely be back to try more items. The employee who helped me was friendly and made the recommendation to get the Al pastor. The condiment bar was clean and there was no cross contamination.

If you like onion and cilantro ask for a side of that and open the burrito and insert there. The burritos are huge! I don't get anything else there, everything else is mediocre. It is the 3rd best bean & cheese burrito I have found in Utah. #2 bean and cheese burrito is at gualbertos in south jordan (same family owned restaurant but for some reason their beans and tortillas taste better).
