I'm not sure about the other restaurants that use this space, but Sunday mornings are all about this hidden gem -- and trust me, it's heaven. Since it's a tiffin service, most people order ahead, as they make a limited number of portions, plus extras for walk-ins. My friend Shivangi raved about it, so I had to give it a try. I ordered online around 12:30 PM and rushed over -- but when I got there, I found out my order was actually placed for the next Sunday by mistake. Thankfully, the guy running the counter was super helpful and told me he had idli, sambar, and Ghee Mysore Pak available. I ordered 6 idlis and a dessert, and he even gave me a complimentary small filter coffee to taste and it was amazing. The idlis were soft and fresh, and the sambar had a sweet-spicy flavor that was incredibly rich and satisfying. The Ghee Mysore Pak literally melted in my mouth -- unbelievably soft! I can't wait to go back and try their dosas next time. Also, they have outdoor seating available, which is perfect if you want to dine in when the weather's nice.

I was immediately greeted by the owner Mai Lan. She gave me a full run down on her business and was eager to point out that she is all about clean and healthy eating. There are lots of things going on here. What's going on in the kitchen? Mai Lan is a chef who resources local sources for fresh healthy organic (when available) foods. She makes a menu every Sunday for the preceding week of Mon - Fri which she can email if you are on her list. Every day of the week she has a different meal. She can cook and cater or you can stop by and grab a ready made grab-n-go lunch or family meal. Prices are pretty reasonable from $8 - $25 give or take. Call in family meals by 0900 the morning of to give her enough time to have your meal prepped for your pick up time. She also has Paleo Breakfast Taco Kits for $18 - $20. All of the neighbors in the area have complained and they know they're violating Austin's code. A code inspector has come out multiple times and they still haven't removed the truck. They don't care at all about the community and how much of a disturbance they're causing to the area, day and night.

She likes to add fees and fines to no end w/out proof. Poor security: My buisness vehicle was vandalized on her property, window broken & battery taken out. Not to mention several diffrent times I had inventory stolen. She wouldn't let me view video, and was no help and I had to make police reports instead. Until then she allowed me to view 1 video. When I refused to sign off on her new video surveillance that had audio she followed me through out her property and harassed me like you wouldn't believe. At the time it was unbelievable I was trying to get away from her and she was just following me even though I asked continuously to leave me alone as i had paid for my time use. She accused every company to their face that her items were stolen too. No resolutions from her just continuous accusations without proof. She also asked that you not disturb her if she's ever working in the kitchen but does not follow her own advice as she ask my company several times on our company time to do something for her and when they refused because they were working for me she got nasty about it I can go on and on but I think if you're reading this you get the point! The 20 months I was there I saw so many clients recycle out of that kitchen.
