Mike is a hard working electrician who took my electrical project after sending him a quote with pictures over Yelp. He gave me a good priced quote and told me he can arrived the next day. He gave me an estimated time of 12-2pm arrival but he did let me know he was running late because he was finishing up another job that day. When he arrived, he looked at what I wanted to accomplish which was to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet to replace one that was improperly installed for an EV car. He gave me a few suggestions on installing the outlet because of the cable length I bought. Mike looked at the main breaker box and suggested to run the wire from the bottom. He then suggested that I hard wire the Tesla wall charger to the wall and bypass the outlet altogether since I wouldn't be using the plug for anything else. He brought his gear into the garage and took his time to work on the project. He took out portions of the stucco wall to feed the wiring through the framing of the house. He installed the Tesla Charger on the wall first following the instructions and properly tightening the bolts so the wires stay in place. He fed the cable through holes he drilled through. Unfortunately the cable length I bought was just a little short to be put at the same spot as the current breaker, so Mike was able to move breakers around and properly ground things to make it all work. He took the old cables and terminated them with ground nuts. Long story short, Mike worked many hours into the night completing the job properly. He is methodical, patient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire him again for the next electrical project. read more

I was really trying my hardest to ask him to change my mailbox lock, but he constantly flaking. At first schedule for a Thursday morning, didn't call me or update me that he CANNOT make it. Then schedule for next Wednesday evening, did not show up and no updates until I call him. Then we schedule for Thursday morning at 8:00, still no show. I understand changing a lock is a small job, but please at least respect other peoples time. I have already let the HOA office about the situation and told my friends in the same community not to hire him. Michael is not trustworthy and not punctual. read more
