They worked with me regarding drop off time and took care of the repairs very quickly at a fair price. They didn't try to scare me into doing repairs right away that could wait some time. I'm so glad I found this auto shop on Google. They quoted me several hundred dollars less than competitors and were the only business I called who said they could get my entire AC system replaced in a day as long as I scheduled a day or two in advance so they could order parts. (Important for me because I was on a road trip). As a woman I'm often highly suspect of mechanics trying to upsell me, but I am very confident that Austin and his staff are honest people. In fact, when I came to pick up car I learned that they had fixed an AC system leak that wasn't a part of the original quote, and at no charge! I started turning wrenches 45 years ago. I own $25,000 worth of snap-on tools. This is intended to be a strong recommendation of Austin Adams and his business. I bought an alternator thinking I was going to install it myself. I commute 80 miles a day and start well before sunrise. I tried to do the work myself but lacked specialty tools for my Toyota. I found myself quickly heading for a breakdown. I called Austin and he took me in immediately. The alternator I purchased turned out to be a new box with an old core alternator inside. He called his parts provider and had a new one delivered in 10 minutes. He worked thru his lunchtime to get me back on the road. The price I paid was significantly lower than what I expected. When I bought a used Toyota from Dick Poe, I took it to these guys who gave me a better deal on an oil change and tune-up. They also advised me what I really needed for my vehicle, vs what Dick Poe was telling me I needed. Dick Poe was just trying to suck me of money for unnecessary maintenance. (One example, when I asked them to rotate the tires on my RAV, they asked where I bought the tires, and reminded me that I could have them rotated at Discount Tire for free. Didn't have to do that!)
