What a tremendous loss for that other store, and what a significant addition to the team working at this T-Mobile location. I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I'd recommend you do the same.
