They built a 150' long Versa Lock brick retaining wall with varying heights up to 5' feet. Added caps to finish it off. Took five days and completely cleaned up at the end. Looks amazing!! Contacted them to add polymeric sand to our paver patio that had been installed 5 years ago, Tre was quick to come and view work I wanted. They sent an acceptable quote, but we were not given a start date as they were going to work us in, stating that up front. They were able to get us in within a month! We had a little hiccup at the beginning of working, but it was resolved as soon as I expressed my concerns. Job has been completed and I am happy to say I would hire them again. This is a fantastic company. They are not the cheapest but they have reasonable prices for high quality work and a transparent sales process. They are very friendly and responsive. I dealt directly with the owner Tre. Everything was done on schedule as promised. They tapped into my water line from my well, installed a sleeve and a twelve valve system with timer. All twelve were properly ordered 1-12 left to right as requested. When it turned out I needed extra work not in the original bid (needed a plumber because my house has PEX rather than PVC) there was no up charge....he only had me pay what the plumber charged. I was hopeful that I wouldn't have to leave this review for Prescott Roots landscaping company. I had inquired about having them come out and give me an estimate for some firewise work in my yard. Cody came out and was very nice, told me he could do all that I was requesting. We walked around my half acre backyard area in which I pointed out the shrubs, which I had marked with white spray paint so they could see/know which ones I wanted removed in addition to trimming up the remaining shrubs. I asked him what his thought on a possible price would be. He told me he didn't think it could be more than 5 to 600.00 dollars. I received a quote for 650.00 through an email from the company. I agreed and we settled on a date. Cody and another worker showed up, worked for 4 hours at which time the trailer with the removed debris was already full. Unfortunately this morning I had a terrible migraine and it took all my effort just to walk out and review only a portion of the half acre with Cody as my headache became unbearable. I trusted the rest was done and so I paid them with a check and they left. Later that afternoon when I felt better, I walked the rest of the half acre with my husband and noticed some shrubs with the white paint still on the property. I called the office, relayed my findings to the office (Zoey) and she said she would talk to the owner. She was very understanding and kind. A few days later I got a call from Tre (owner) and he also appeared to understand my predicament. He told me it must have been a misunderstanding, but that he would speak with Cody and make it right for me because he did want his customers to be happy. Its been over a week and I have not heard anything back from anyone. I'm hoping its just an oversight and I will update my review if Prescott Roots completes the work they missed. The PRL crew was fantastic! I knew I would be happy with the service but they pleased a very hard-to-please resident I set the job up for. I was blown over when a received a GLOWING report from the resident. Of particular note that at no time was the crew observed wasting time. They got the job done through hard work and consistency. I had an estimate done to have my front yard landscaped. The owner who did the estimate was very helpful and understanding since I didn't know exactly what I wanted or how to fix my water runoff/drainage issues. We had a long talk about the issues with my front yard. We discussed multiple options from minor diversion techniques to completely re-landscaping the entire front yard. He was very professional and helpful while dealing with my ignorance to the situation. And the prices that were discussed were very reasonable and lower than the other landscapers that I had spoken with previously.
