I called State Farm once again and within two minutes I received a notification from Delarms Auto Body they will be here within 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes the truck pulls up and the gentleman was able to change my tire and put my spare on. Without their help there was no way that tire was coming off the car. He had to use a four-way wrench with a pipe extension to put enough force to get the Lugnuts off the vehicle. I would've never been able to make that repair on the roadside especially on a dark one lane road. Delarms were quick and professional. If you in a jam give these guys a call.
