I took my car in a while ago for body work after a hit and run to my vehicle. This was my experience: They returned my car to me with a check engine light on and parts still broken. I had to go to another body shop to fix SEVERAL mistakes (I hope they were mistakes and they did not intentionally screw up so badly.) Not only did they not fix my car properly in my opinion but there are some things they didn't even bother to replace to begin with I think. When I brought my car to be inspected last month my mechanic pointed out a gash in my tire and asked me why the auto body shop let me drive on it like that... I didn't comment... SMH It would help if they handled it professionally... but nope. They screamed at me, and threatened to sue my mother because I gave them an honest review. Honestly this scared me but I feel like my experience is worth sharing and it's not illegal to do so. There are other auto body shops that will take care of you in my experience. I drove into the city and my car had a scratch & shallow but kinda large dent. The owner (I think?) was incredibly kind and thorough! First of all, his technician buffed the scratch out for free. He also advised me on the relative merits of submitting to insurance vs not repairing it vs what it might cost/entail to pay for it out of pocket. He was honest and kind and I would definitely go back there although I hope I don't have to, and I will be recommending him to EVERYONE! Best car-repair experience ever! read more

Wow. I'm very impressed with the service. I dropped my car off yesterday and got it back today. Yes, it was a repair on the minor side but they had to replace the bumper as part of the job. The reason they were able to do it so timely is that they are organized and made sure the parts were there before I brought the car in. New Country's staff was super friendly and professional and they kept me in the loop about my repairs the whole way. My car was back to me in 2 weeks, where it took another shop 4 weeks to get my car back to me after a minor bumper repair. I love this place! They always take excellent care of my cars. I have 2 sons and we (unfortunatley) visit Bobby at New Country often for assorted body repairs and maintanence. The prices are good but it is the customer service and fine work that keeps us coming back. They are in constant communication (thanks Teri!) handling the insurance side. Bobby the owner is amazing, as is the crew. Last week my car was detailed as a surprise (thanks Shawn!) after I got hit in a parking lot and needed front fender repair. It was difficult to give a rating for New Country. Reading through the other reviews, you'll see that Bob Aaron is a pretty cool guy, and he is. Bob is very personable and helpful and responsive! New Country did everything they could to ensure that I got my car back before the day I requested, so I was thrilled by that. I was even thrilled that they seemingly did a solid job on the roof/glass repair and small paint job they performed on my car. I was not thrilled, however, with the exit interview, so to speak. Bob claimed that his guys "touched up" some spots on my car while in the paint booth, which was just a flat out lie. Of course, it's possible he just wasn't aware of the actual work his guys were doing on the car, spotted the area in question, and decided to claim it as his own. All in all, the work was done well, and I'm not gonna say the prices were fair, they're a little steep. The minor work done for me was good quality, however. I just wish that Bob carried himself to be a little bit more truthful and honest with his customers. Honesty is key in the car business. EDIT: I received an e-mail from Bob the owner, and decided to lower the review to 2 stars. He insinuated that I was not being truthful on my part, but more importantly, contacting me about my review was entirely uncalled for. When I left with the work done to my car, I was invited to leave a review, good or bad, and I left an honest one. Receiving an e-mail from the owner that's borderline harassment is the real reason I've decided to lower the rating by a star, however I will state that I am still pleased with the actual work that was done. read more
