My husband, the best man, used this service for his brothers wedding. He went to his tux fitting and his tux needed some alterations including sleeves being shortened and a bigger vest. He was assured this would be completed by the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding he arrives to the venue and his jacket sleeves were pinned on the spot as they weren't altered as discussed at the fitting and and he had a vest that didn't fit. The solution was to take the vest and rip the seams on the side so it would fit and button down the front. She reassured that this was her mistake and would take half off for the mistake. Which we were okay with and appreciate. My husband in 100 degree weather had to keep his jacket on until after speeches to ensure he looked appropriate for photos which was well into the night. The following week my husband follows up on the invoice where he is charged full price despite the alternations not being provided. He called to inquire about the charge. The owner Kathleen then starts yelling at my husband saying the following: -half price is not in my vernacular -wasn't the reception indoors and air-conditioned -you had the choice not to wear a vest -best men don't need to wear a vest -you're the one in a million I make a mistake on -i would never say anything like that -I saw the Facebook pictures you looked fine I would never recommend this behavior or type of customer service. Especially on such a big day as a wedding which is already stressful. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Do not use for your big day. read more

Kathleen is a SUPERSTAR! in 2017, I Needed a Tuxedo for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball. I contacted Just In Time Tux and mentioned that I work in Carson City and could come to her shop after work. Kathleen suggested that she would meet me at a location off of Mt. Rose Highway so I would not have to drive all the way into downtown Reno just to get measured. WHAT SERVICE!!! My Tuxedo ensemble was ready for a fitting a few days later and everything was PERFECT!! in 2018, I rented again from her for the Marine Corps Ball and she made sure that my tuxedo bow tie and cumber bunt matched my girlfriend's sexy dress. Had I known about this business, I would have taken my oldest son here as well! I will say that if you want one on one personal attention, then this is the place you need to go! You make an appointment and her sole focus is on you! Another name brand business in this town ( Men's Wearhouse) does NOT offer this service. We had a black tie fundraiser last Friday and I chose the Michael Kors slim fit tux. If I could give 0 stars I would. The process started off amazing especially since we were from out of state, everyone was lovely and eager to make sure we had the best wedding. Lee did a fantastic job showing us everything for the wedding and advised it would be best to have everyone get their tuxedo from their company even though everyone was from different states, this ensured that all groomsmen would match color wise. My husband fell in love with the suit we were shown through the catalog and was super excited to finally get his tuxedo. However the day before the wedding and the day of, this place did not do us justice. We were told a week before the wedding everyone would need to come in and try everything on to make sure everything was perfect. A few of my groomsmen showed up early including father of the groom and none of the tuxedos fit, they were either way too small or too big. My brothers tuxedos were too small and were told whoever measured them was wrong, however when the shop re-measured them the measurements were exactly the same. My brothers were told replacements will be shipped to the hotel the day of the wedding but they needed to take the way too small tuxedo with them still. We took their word for it and expected all things to work out, it did not. The day before our wedding we were told to come to the shop at our earliest convenience for my husband to try on his tuxedo, we were coming from out of state and left early so we can arrive in the early morning, we got to the shop around 940-10 am, however when we got there and called Lee she told us she was with another wedding party and would meet us at the location around noon. The point of leaving early was to ensure we got there early just in case something needed to be replaced but they were confident it would all workout. When my husband finally tried on his tuxedo, it was not at all what he wanted. My husband was super upset and they clearly seen it on his face and he was told very bluntly "you get what you get it's the day before the wedding it won't be replaced". After we were told if we got to the shop before noon they will have time to replace anything that was wrong. That comment rubbed us the wrong way and we made it quiet clear we were not happy. All of the tuxedos looked different and were not what we ordered. Then they were trying to force me to tell my husband he looked nice when he clearly was unhappy. They then got on the phone to order replacements then blurted quiet bluntly "its going to cost more!". One we did not care about extra pricing it was for our wedding and two, why would we need to pay extra for something you guaranteed if it did not fit you can order replacements. My husband was forced to take the tuxedo with him still. The day of the wedding all replacements sent were still wrong and did not fit. My husband had to travel an hour away from the venue during Mosquito fire to look for a whole new tuxedo for himself and replacement pieces for other groomsmen. When it came to payment one groomsmen did not have a card on file and we were pushed to pay for them since and I quote "they were our boy", it was not our fault that his card was not put on file. I made it very clearly we did not even use my husbands tuxedo and were upset we still had to pay for something we did not use. At the moment we were told "your groomsmen reaps the rewards his is free". Even though that was a nice gesture why would the groomsmen tuxedo be free and not the groom? It was our wedding after all. We were told once the groomsmen paid we would be issued a full refund. Once the groomsmen was sorted out, we waited for our refund and were told that only half will be issued back, and it wasn't even the half amount. Overall this place was not worth it and did not accommodate in any way. I would not recommend this place at all ! read more

Just In Time did exactly that - saved our opportunity to attend a fabulous event and had my husband looking like James Bond! I now understand all 007's have a "Kathleen" in their life.
