My boyfriend found this business from a $25 off coupon. He called about a few outlets that weren't…read moreworking and a lady told him over the phone that the minimum service fee is $200. 2 guys came and found the breaker switch appeared off but was not fully switched off, and nothing needed replacing. The work done was equivalent to a free estimate. The technician mentioned an hourly rate of less than $200 per hour, but did not know what to charge me. The technician contacted his supervisor and came back with a quote of $300. I told him the lady said $200 on the phone and he made a call to try to lower the price because even he admitted it was pricy for such a short time. He said he could only get it down to $250 and that I could call the owner to sort out the payment. The lady who told my boyfriend $200 calls me to collect the $250. First she denies that she ever said $200 and that it was always a $300 minimum. Then when I mention the $25 off coupon for the first time, she says they don't do coupons! When I tell her I'm staring right at it, she asks where I found it. I tell her it's in this month's local newsletter. She has a side conversation and then says the $250 was including the coupon...she didn't even know it existed until I told her! I ended up paying $250 to end the senseless conversation and get them off my back. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Hard to find a company that cares less about its customers. The fact that they couldn't even hold true to a $25 coupon says it all.

I had Delta come out to give us a bid and we tackled the biggest safety items first - our hot tub. We needed a GFCI outlet to make our hot tub safe and Delta provided a reasonable quote, and they did it in a short amount of time. Their customer service level is amazing and they really go the extra mile. I will use them again when we tackle the next items on our list of home improvements. I reached out to Ricardo (the day after Christmas) by text message and he responded to us within minutes and came to our house later the same day. After explaining him the urgency, he scheduled us for the next day, even though he was already fully booked and worked for the next 3 days from 4-8/9pm to complete all the work and keep our remodeling on schedule. After the new cabinets were put in, we hired Ricardo for the range hood installation and relocation/addition of couple outlets in our master bedroom. I am extremely satisfied with all the work Ricardo did on our house. He is responsive, punctual, a good communicator on explaining the needed work and while doing the work (I was shadowing him while he was working and learned a lot from him), detailed oriented and affordable.
