Sold my car to Just Joe's and it took less than an hour. Awesome experience. Would go back!

I've taken my car for repair a few times through the years to Just Joe's and have always had a great experience. Today, I took in my car for new brakes after a different shop told me I needed new ones. True to form the Team at Just Joe's was honest and told me my brakes were fine (with half or more remaining) and sent me on my way. They could have put new brakes on (or none at all) and charged me and I would have been none-the-wiser. In a world where integrity is sometimes less than common, it's reassuring to know the Team at Just Joe's does honest work. Thank you! read more

They were excellent! Michael and the whole team were so informative, showed us everything on a big screen tv the financial possibilities and I think that is the best thing. ( instead of someone sitting behind a desk, and you have no idea the $$ in and claiming deals aren't working, etc.. I purchased a BMW 335is from this dealership less than three months ago, and it already needs a completely new engine. I attempted to contact them and even left a voicemail before writing this, but received no response. After taking the car to a trusted mechanic, I was told that the dealership knew there was something seriously wrong with the engine but chose to sell it anyway. It seems like the issue was just masked over to make a quick sale. I've owned two other BMWs with the same N54 engine and have never experienced a failure even remotely like this. It's clear that something was hidden from me during the sale. I'm extremely disappointed and would never buy a car from this dealership again. I strongly urge others to avoid them as well.(Edit)4/23:They called me had no solution didn't even offer to help, then they want to reply to my review saying they offered me a "extended service contract" which is a complete and utter lie as I was never offered one. I'm here once again to warn others to stay away from Just Joes. Just like last year, I brought my truck in for state inspection today and clearly stated ahead of time it is exempt from emissions since I drove less than 5,000 miles in the last year. When presented the bill, I was charged for the emissions test even though the test was not performed due to the mileage exemption. I was even told it is a state requirement to charge, which is not true and I told them this. My receipt even states "PERFORMED EMISSION TEST", which is blatantly false. Last year this same situation happened here at Just Joes and it wasn't until I detailed and posted my experience in a review that I received a call asking if I'll remove my review if they adjust the amount charged - I agreed. I didn't expect to have the same problem again this year, especially since I once again informed them ahead of time I was under mileage and exempt. Shame on me for believing I was dealing with an honest business and for giving them another chance at my business. Never again will any of my vehicles be brought here and I'll make sure all my friends and car clubs are aware as well. Keep this in mind when considering having your vehicle serviced here or buying a vehicle from Just Joes. You have been warned how this business is run. read more

Went to sell my car / they gave me a fair price and a check on the spot - painless and efficient

Will never use them again. Charged 75 dollars for an oil change that took two hours instead of the under an hour they told me it would if I scheduled before hand. Made me sit and wait as they couldn't figure out their own computer system and had to fill out the "paperwork" for my oil change. Then after a month I had to go to my actual mechanic for him to show me how to reset my oil life sensor because it's a new truck that I wasn't familiar with since they didn't even do that(luckily he came out and showed me for free since he actually has a respectable shop). read more

Brought my car in for an inspection. I was in and out in an hour and 15 min. All the staff was friendly and professional.

Worst experience I've had in 45 years of buying cars. GM/manager is a doofus-should be limited to cleaning the toilets.

I went there to look at VW and ended up buying it no hassle at all. In fact my sales guy Patty was very nice and worked with my husband and I to get the price we wanted. I have to say this is where the positive feedback ends. I picked up the car 2 days later. They did a bad job detailing it but I'm ok with that. They left huge cobwebs in the trunk. I took the car home and realized the next day it had no inspection stickers. So i had to go back to have them fix that. (A half hour drive).A few days later i noticed the papers we signed had an incorrect address for my husband. We went back to resign the papers and twice they printed papers with the wrong date of birth or name. So we waited and signed them for the 4th time. A week later we get a call saying the papers were wrong again so this time they sent them fed ex ...i open the package and my husband's name is wrong! This time they agree to come to my house with the correct papers. They come and we sign the papers they tell us not to date the papers. A few days later they call us saying because they weren't dated the bank wouldn't approve us . So again we make an appointment to go in to sign for the 7th time. We show up and nobody knows anything about an appointment so we wait and wait only to be told their internet is down.. as we see an employee typing an email in the next room clearly using the internet. They finally print the new loan papers and bring them down and guess what ??? They are wrong again with the birthdate. I'm not sure who is running the show but this was a complete hassle. Very haphazard. I will not be returning. I suggest you do the same and not shop there. read more
