UPDATE TO PREVIOUS Originally I gave 2 out of 5 stars…read moreI'm moving to 4 out of 5 based on most recent interactions and the business taking ownership for their disconnect in communication. Brennan who I spoke with originally had told me to bring my vehicle in to be looked at due to the media display not working and if it happens to be the chord the cost of labor would be rolled over into other jobs. I needed tires and alignment so I was ok with this. Unfortunately Brennan was out when the job was performed and the marching orders weren't carried over. I was charged. They did end up canceling the bill due to the miscommunication. When I did end up getting my tires and alignment done there that same month, their all in process was supposed to be $889, but it was actually $1012. That is when i decided to write my initial post. That said, my truck has been shaking. I thought it was due to the alignment and balancing that had just been performed. They said my truck needs new axles, but because this is a known issue, it may soon become a recall on my vehicle. They are taking care of it for me, along with another part that is on recall for my vehicle, free of charge. Brennan sincerely apologized for the did disconnect from previous, and how marching orders weren't carried down the line as relayed to me, the customer. Even in my original post, I said I want to like them, and they do good work. Despite my frustration at the time, I still didn't short them on being good people and performing good work. My issues were based on what was verbalized to me, versus what was charged to me. The call and experience has significantly improved my reassessment. I'm still not at 5 stars. I still had to endure these headaches. But I'm hoping this is all in the past and all my future experiences were like my past experiences, barring this one month of trials and tribulations. I expected a 3% from a corner garage that's trying to make ends meet but not a Kennedy dealership. It seems very petty especially on a service bill that was over $2,000. Also, the owners manual suggests changing the oil every 10,000 miles. Their windshield sticker suggests changing oil at 5,000 miles. That's $237 per oil change. Big difference for a working man. An overall unpleasant experience with their service department based primarily on greedy nickel and dime charges to their customers.

She did her homework online & found a nice Ford that would do the trick out at Keyser & Miller. We arrived ahead of her scheduled 11 am appt but no matter, Karl was there & ready to help. We looked over the vehicle & asked Karl many questions about it. We took it for quite a long ride so she could see how it handled on the highway & not just city streets. He was very accommodating & never made us feel rushed or that he was not being truthful. A couple of times he had to get answers from a manager but had no problem doing that for us when he didn't know the answers. After several hours at the dealership we all sat down to talk. Again, Karl was not pushy & never made us feel like he just wanted to make the sale. In the end my friend decided to buy the truck. Exceptional Service…read more I called to set up an appointment for an oil change. I was leaving the country, so i scheduled work to be done about 3 weeks away. Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.

My mechanic was unavailable to perform a task and these professionals stepped right in and did an excellent job! The communication, knowledge and work ethic is top notch. I put in a 10 mile search radius in the area on Google and after a few phone calls settled on a short list with Willistown Auto Repair among them. I decided to give them a shot and I am glad I did. In this world where integrity is scarce its good to see some businesses still exist where that matters. I had a lot of repairs that where needed to get my SUV through inspection. I had to spread out the repairs so as to budget them in with my paychecks. Each time they gave me a quote on a job they stuck to the price. No last minute suspicious surprises on my bill just straight up what they told me they'd be. The repair work was high quality, prices reasonable and there were quick turn arounds - No more than 48hrs on any of the three repairs. I am relieved to know I found a solid auto repair shop nearby I can trust to get the job done right when needed, wont over charge me and are polite and professional.
