For first timers, you will have to fill out a form and don't forget to bring a large sized towel for workouts! Hire professional instructors, took my daughter here few years ago and there's this one girl…read moreinstructor who lifted my daughter a bit out of the water to show her to another instructor she was talking too and said shit and started laughing and mocking my daughter while she was clearly upset and scared while she was in the water and she did that while I was watching through the glass, I waited for them to finish and complained and emailed their District Director Liz and they watched the video of the incident and proved that I wasn't making up stories, they tried to offer free classes but I pulled my daughter out of there. There's no way I would take her back there after what they did & the audacity to still charge us monthly fees for another month or two was not even surprising anymore.
