We had Coach Sydney maybe once and she was so sweet and kind! We've had Coach Helena every time after that! Coach Helena is the sweetest, most caring, kind, professional, motivating, fun instructor I've ever met! My daughter is extremely timid, but looks forward to seeing and learning from Coach Helena weekly! She's been going to ballet far longer than swim lessons, yet she is much more comfortable with swim and much more comfortable with Coach Helena than with any other adult (that's not immediate family). Coach Helena makes all of the kids and parents feel welcomed and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel included and motivated to learn while having fun! I love this place and love how professional everyone is - in spite of their very young age!! We have a lot of learning to do from these young ladies working here.

My 9 years old girl said she was okay with swimming in small pool, not big pool I talked to her instructor a couple time; they said no, she could swim. And yet, we took her to public swimming pool for 5ft deep; she got scared. Not sure what she has been learning there; so we decided to move her to a different school. We gave them 30 days notice, I spoke with the staff whether we could still do make-up classes after that day. They said fine, those are your classes, you can still take them. The reason I asked for make-up classes because we have like 12 classes when she was out due to medical and vacation. Today I checked to schedule her make up classes and can't. Called and talked to the staff, they said I had to pay $20 to take make up classes. I was like the staff I spoke last time didn't say that; she said I must have talked to a TRAINEE, and that person gave wrong info. OMG! I didn't mean to write a review about my daughter's progress; because every kid is different. But to pay taking make-up classes make no sense to me. We paid when we were out, they promised to honor make-up classes. Then they don't.

We have been doing individual swim lessons at SafeSplash for the past six months, and the progress…read moreour three year old has made is incredible. A huge part of that is thanks to Ms. Siara. Ms. Siara has the perfect balance of being sweet and encouraging while also being firm enough to keep our daughter focused and progressing. At this age, that balance is so important, and she does it beautifully. She gently pushes our daughter just enough to build confidence and skills without overwhelming her. It has been amazing to watch how much our child has improved in the water, and we truly credit Ms. Siara and the SafeSplash program for that growth. We feel so much more confident heading into summer and pool season because of the foundation they have helped build. We cannot recommend SafeSplash and Ms. Siara enough.

Brenda, Araceli, Maria are all just as amazing and attentive. When I have a break from work, I pop into the cameras, and I see some of the most sincere gestures like Alyssa rocking a crib for a baby that I'm guessing needs a little motion to sleep, I've seen Alyssa give the most tight and warm hugs throughout the day, and each baby gets the care they need. They also offer Saturday time slots, which is a huge plus since the kids are in school during the week. They require everyone to rinse off before and after lessons, and the overall environment felt well maintained and professional. Most of the instructors appeared to be younger, likely college students, but every single one we interacted with was attentive, careful, and great with the kids. Before enrolling, check the Texas HHS public child-care compliance history for any daycare you are considering. Parents have the right to review inspection reports and compliance history. For BPPS on S. Mason Rd, I found a Texas HHS deficiency dated 10/7/2025 for Standard 746.2805(3), "Prohibited Punishments - Grabbing and Pulling." The public narrative states there was sufficient evidence that a child was grabbed while in care. The record also states the deficiency was corrected, and compliance was verified on 11/13/2025. I'm sharing this so other parents know to check public records, read fee policies carefully, and ask questions before enrolling.
