But occasionally people drop off their laundry in machines and don't come back to remove it for hours.... which can be annoying if they are busy. And per typical human behavior there are always a few folks that think there is someone to pick up after them, which is said but not uncommon. She was efficient, helpful, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, today's experience was the complete opposite. At 7am, I washed two kids' jackets (size 6-7) and one full-length medium winter parka in machine #16. The machine was only about half full. I pretreated everything, but when the cycle finished, all three coats came out still soapy and stained, with visible OxiClean residue. I brought this to the attendant's attention and showed her the items and the leftover soap. Instead of addressing the issue, she suggested I should've used a larger machine...even though this one was not close to full...and then implied I may have used too much detergent. Her "solution" was to run the washer empty to check for an error code before considering re-washing my items. I explained that I didn't have an extra 30 minutes to wait for that process b/c I have to go to work, and that it didn't make sense to delay resolving the issue when the results were clearly not right. She then stated she couldn't rewash my load unless the machine was proven to be broken, because the cost would come out of her paycheck. At that point, I dropped it because I didn't want her to be penalized financially...but that response alone is concerning from a customer service standpoint. When I asked for a way to contact management, I was told to leave a Yelp review instead because she had done everything she could to make me happy. So here we are. It's disappointing that after 6 years of consistent business, a clear issue with a machine wasn't handled with basic customer care. I would've appreciated a simple solution or even an attempt to make it right, rather than being met with deflection and inconvenience. I hope management sees this and reconsiders both their machine maintenance and how customer concerns are handled moving forward.

I believe it was $13. They also have free dryer days as well. I believe it to be Wednesday. But even then the dryer is 25 cents for four minutes. So the prices are not bad at all. The staff walk around and clean up the machines. This place isn't dirty at all. They also have a coffee bar here. I haven't had anything. But I'm sure it's good. I see people but it all the time.

The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!

I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".
