I don't even know where to start, today is the 25th. I got my nails done on the 19th not even a solid week ago. My entire nail just came off. I should've known it was gonna be some BS while at the nail salon they charged $30 to polish my two-year-old hands and feet and before we could even get out the door, all of her shellac start coming off her fingers like stickers! I don't want my money back and I don't want them to fix anything. DO BETTER, by the time we got home and I took her shoes back off all of her toe polish had come off. My nails were ugly. Been coming here for years and chance after chance I try to give them the opportunity to elevate themselves but the service is awful!! They don't care to pay attention to quality and detail. I would never return. I got there are 4:10 and left at 630 for a mani/shellac and a pedicure. Not to mention that it too so long...my toes looked like my niece polished them. My cuticles on my fingers are still there. My nail polish is on my cuticles also!!! I called to explain and the man hung up in my face. Horrible and expensive for the nothing you get. My lady was very detail oriented and did a great job on my French tip pedicure which I know is a pain so I really appreciate it. The only thing I didn't like was she used the cheese grater thing on my feet without asking--I always decline use of that tool. 1 star because its the lowest. Worst customer service. They talk to you however they want. The price there is extremely high. My nails look below average and I paid $72. I had to tell them repeatedly how uneven my nails were. The person doing my nails asked me if i could come back tomorrow to fix them. Fix the job he just did? Finally what seemed to be the owner took over and fixed a nail that had a visible gouge in it. I got there around 6:30pm and left at 8:45. The communication there is horrible. I use to be a faithful customer until April 7, 2022. I received a fill in and on today 7 out of 10 of my nails weren't covered or filled incorrectly. They were lifting, I was told i needed a new set, new set of what. These are my real nails with an overlay. They wanted to glue them not correct their mistake. I loved (past tense) this place. Came in yesterday for a fill but 3 nails were already broken off so I wanted a new set and longer nails than the first. Lady with the black hair in a bob like cut with middle part yanked all my nails off with a nail tip. I told her I had to go and would come back in the morning for the full set..she continued yanking and said "if you get nail done today take off $5, if you come in the morning $10 for take off" now why would it be $10 because you're not doing the full set today vs tomorrow to charge me like $80 you'd get in the morning anyway..I said "that's fine" she looked and laughed..cause please believe you just lost and I won't be coming this morning after you wanted to threaten and make up your own prices to get some $$..the service is trash, the "techs" don't care, they're not thorough, and definitely don't take pride in their work OR their business!!..trying to make some easy a$$ money for piss poor service thinking no one will notice or say anything. I stopped in to get a shellac French Manicure. I was charged $41.00 dollars plus a gratuity was given. The very next day the polish started coming off totally on some nails and chipping on others. I drove back and they did fix them, but the same thing happened again. I have had many shellac manicure's and have always been happy at other salons. I will never go back to Tina Nail and would encourage others not to bother going there. Today was my first time trying this place and I will NEVER return. I went in for a pedicure and manicure and the lady cut my toe! And not just a little slice I mean really cut it. And keep saying sorry and keep going and once I realized how bad it was I asked her to stop and she continued to try to work on my nails and put lotion on my legs. The owner came over and said we know what we're doing( Apparently NOT!) asked me what color I wanted . And there was no way my toe could be polished due to the location of the cut. Tina the owner is rude, her employee did my shellac and for some reason decide too much gel polish on it , so when I washed my hands because of Covid -19 you wash them a lot more the gel started to peel off; which should never happen. I called told what happen they close at 8 I get there 746pm she tells me "oh well it's almost closing I can't do them come back tomorrow, I said so none of the worker here can fix them she said no come back tomorrow" again very rude tone. It's not my fault your employee don't know how to properly apply shellac in the nails. I've been coming for along time to get mistreated like that. For a few years I used to bring my friends here and pay hundreds of dollars almost every month for all of us but the service that we kept experiencing was just awful. I thought maybe if I kept supporting them and trying to be nice the quality and vibe would get better but it hasn't. Looking back on all those chances I gave them to improve, I definitely would say that I regret it. It shouldn't have to hurt to get my nails done. I shouldn't have to keep coming back for a nail fix three times within the same week. Their work ethics are not professional, because they never pay attention to details when performing tasks and I give them 1 star. Tina and her employees do not value their customers at all. I feel traumatized from this nail salon both physically, mentally, and emotionally. I will never go back there because I work hard for my money and it should go towards someone who treats me with respect and kindness. I don't deserve to feel uncomfortable and maliciously abused from cosmetology malpractice by this nail salon anymore. I gave them a million chances but for some reason the quality of their work and their customer service still hasn't improved not even to the slightest. I had a very bad experience today. This was my second time visiting this shop and had a pedicure both times. I left with messy and uneven nail polish all over my toes along with rough peeling feet (see attached pics). When I noticed this about a few minutes after leaving, I immediately turned around and went back to the shop for them to correct it. The customer service was very inadequate. Instead of an apology, the woman at chair number 9 laughed and acted as though the service I received was normal. I will not be visiting again. The workers are too busy socializing as opposed to providing the service that is paid for by customers. That was a great perk but half the time he lied or didn't answer the call. I treated him better than most, I actually tipped him $5 and higher even if he didn't charge me. The staff had no idea what they were doing. There was no professionalism. The lady doing my acrylics cut my finger with the SCISSORS she was using. This place is great! I came here to get a fill in on my month old nails. It was my first time coming and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately. The place was crowded, which I had expected since I was there on a Friday afternoon. But I was seated immediately after they asked what I wanted done. The lady that did my nails was so welcoming and professional. They helped me pick out a color after i told them i wanted shellac. And she made sure I was okay with how they looked every step of the way, from the shape, to the length, to the color. I figured she would take about 45min to an hour on my nails since that's what i was used to at a different nail salon. But she only took 30 minutes which blew me away! The prices are similar to their competitors but it is definitely worth it. I will for sure be returning here. read more
