We finally contacted Richard's JustPaintSystems, LLC. I called and he responded the same day. He provided an estimate and a completion schedule. They showed up on-time with an on-the-way warning call. He referred a professional licensed plumber to install the tub and shower fixtures, and then installed the walls and ceiling. We have worked with Richard twice. The first project was after we bought our new (old) home and had it re-wired - Richard's team patched 160+ holes and repainted all interiors. The second was to patch a couple dozen holes and repair tile after we had the home re-piped. In both cases we were very happy with the work, Richard and his employees are very skilled. The walls look really fantastic, the texturing is very good, making the areas where holes were imperceptible. Richard also had the young man who worked on this latest project go the extra mile, touching up some paint without us asking, and adding new silicone sealant in the bath, and being very mindful that the grout in the tile work matched what was already there. Richard was great in both cases, particularly because he was able to accommodate us quickly in this latest project, and working on a Saturday so that we would finally have functioning baths again. I had an employee fall through a ceiling, it was unusually cold outside which means the attic is extremely cold too. I didn't want my customer to be uncomfortable and really needed Richard. He did very good quality work and took extra time to make sure it was completely secure. We have a 3600+ sq ft home that we needed the entire interior painted (ceilings, walls, trim, garage). I researched Yelp, Homeadvisor and local listings to find the highest rated and best firms to provide an estimate. We suffered through price escalation (one vendor wanted to charge us $26k), poor estimate responses, etc. When Richard came out he was very professional and methodical. We walked through each room and discussed. He took detailed notes and asked a lot of questions. When the estimate came, it was written in great detail so there was no confusion about scope. The price was reasonable as well as timing. The team arrived and worked very hard throughout. Richard was always very responsive and professional. Toward the end of the project he personally walked through the house with us to note each and every issue we found. The items were taken care of to our satisfaction. We then had another walk through to confirm and make sure nothing was outstanding. There were small things along the way that should have been out of scope but was taken care of by him and his team. I am so glad that we used Just Paint Systems. My husband and I are very picky and don't usually like working with contractors. Richard was great to work with. He told us it would take 3-4 days to finish painting the entire downstairs and all the hallways upstairs including baseboards and trim. He finished EARLY!!!! He always showed up on time and called when he said he would. He called multiple times during the process to ensure we were happy with the product. On the last day, I went through the house looking for areas that needed touch up. There were about 5 in the entire house. Our dog had laid in the wet paint and we didn't mention that as one of the areas that needed touch up. It was our fault and we would fix it on our own. When I came home from work, that area was touched up too! After they were done working in our house, they had it cleaned! Richard's prices were more than reasonable and I cannot tell you how satisfied we are. When he came to pick up the check last night, he told us to live in the house a week and if we see areas that need touch up to give him a call and he will come touch them up! Just Paint offered the most affordable price and it included sheet rock repairs, two coats of paint, and like other reviewers have mentioned. a complete cleanup of the entire house after they're done. The price we paid for the amount of work done, quality of the work, and friendly + professional service was unbeatable. His team got it done quick (about 2 days) on a 2,000+ sq ft house. Richard and his team are BY FAR THE BEST PAINTERS YOU WILL FIND IN HOUSTON!! I was in search for a painter to paint the entire inside of my house (walls, ceilings, trim, and doors) and I came across Just Paint Systems on Yelp. I requested a quote through Yelp and within the hour I got a call from Richard. The next day he came to my house and gave me a VERY reasonable quote. We got 4 total quotes and Richard's was by far the best. His main guy Cesar was great and proficient along with the rest of the workers. After the completion of the painting project Richard paid for a cleaning team to come in and clean up any mess his team made. I expected for them to just clean what they dirtied up but the cleaners cleaned my entire house top to bottom. Richard stay with us the entire time the cleaning crew was there and helped us put our house back together. I am still in shock of how professional and accommodating he is!
