I used the Too Good To Go app and am so impressed by the quality and amount of food I got. One of the best dinners I've ever had from Just Salad or any of its competitors. I was given a very hearty warm bowl and yummy soup. Service was friendly and quick. Very professional. Ambiance is bright/well-lit. I got my food to go and appreciated that the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and utensils since I brought my own bag and had silverware at home. I appreciate the nod to sustainability.

Decent salad although it was a little pricy. The service was very friendly and this is a casual quick lunch kinda of spot. Wish they had more options to put on salad.

Word of professionalism on June 24th 2023 from 8:00 to 8:21 not a single person asked or I acknowledge my presence and decided to avoid talking to me for 20 minutes until I walked up after delivery guy was acknowledged but not me? Then I had enough of this generation. I'm 43 years of age and I can see stupidity and Bias behavior from a mile away. I'd said no no, I've been waiting here for 20 minutes. So Just Salad, check and watch your own footage on this day and you will see that your staff chatted with everyone else but me and they clearly saw me waiting patiently in the line. Green osprey backpack. They should acknowledge customer as that front door is open and take a look. This is why people today in your city are violate and this could have turn from the worst. As someone of the Press, I'm never ordering from this location ever again. You lack the important roll Just Salad to take charge and treat everyone that walk through your doors with respect. This evening there was no respect from your team and only I, gave the professionalism and waited to see their performance. Clearly, your team need social skills.

This place is going downhill. I ordered avocado toast and it was so salty and had so much lemon juice that I just had to throw it out. The chicken has been undercooked lately as well.

Always clean and helpful employees. I had a delicious chicken Caesar wrap made by Kem! Also love that they serve Brooklyn Best iced teas/lemonades.

The Scarlet Vetter says...I was in Long Island City for work and my clients and I decided on a working lunch. We turned to Uber Eats and they selected "Just Salad." Not being a fan of "just salad" (especially when I had not eaten at all and had been up since 3 am to get to the airport) I was relieved to see there were wraps in addition to salads. After all, my one client's arm was beginning to look delicious for God's sake. Thank the lord Jesus we ordered and Uber said only 35 minutes for the delivery! I ordered the spicy chicken wrap with extra avocado and the usual dressing mixed into the wrap contents. I really liked the wrap. It was fresh, tasty and appetizing looking. The romaine was crisp and cool. Alas, however, it was not spicy. Not a trace of heat. I even blew on it to see if I could rouse a spark, LOL! Nothing. One demerit for Just Salad. I did like the smoothie. It tasted pretty good and since it was green, at least I felt healthy drinking it. My companions had good reports on their "just salad" selections, the Poblano Chicken and a "you design your own salad" salad. We will order from here again but next time I will order "extra spicy" in order to hope for some heat.

I forgot the name of what I ordered, but it was a chicken cutlet sandwich with cheese, lettuce, mayo, bacon, red onions and avocado -- and it was so good! In the New New York late night options are limited but Hana Food remains consistent in churning out quality and tasty food regardless of the time of day. I've never been to Hana and left hungry or unhappy; they do what they do and they do it consistently and at still at reasonable prices given what you get for what you pay. You decide what you want and how you simply or complexly you want it made and leave the rest up to the masters on the other side of the counter. I switch up my order based on my mood but I'm especially a fan of the combination of the El Mexicano. Service has always been good during my visits and obviously things may take more or less time depending on how busy it is and how much of a Karen you may or may not be.

There are lots of great sandwich choices, it's my first time here so my order will be be the FDNY: A huge hero stuffed with fresh fried chicken cutlets, melted mozzarella and the famous vodka sauce on garlic bread. They stuffed the FDNY sandwich with pepperoni? The cashier at the register, I explained to her my order. Mr Anthony stepped up and I said, I saw the sandwich online? This is the main reason why I get food from here every once in a blue moon, like when they offer the buy one get one free special. That's when I really take advantage. The unique seating area is charming, though limited, and don't get me wrong, the wraps that I've tried so far were delicious! They're just not $14 - $17 delicious lol. The staff here are friendly and seem cool. They make the wraps right in front of you and it's quite a cool process to watch. Each wrap is made from a homemade dough, heated on a hot iron dome and then filled with fresh and one of a kind ingredients. All of the wraps are rich with antioxidants and made with natural ingredients. My favorites: Dire Wolf (fried chicken wrapped in ginger dough, lamb bacon, melted cheddar, green papaya slaw, spicy pickled shika peppers, wolf ketchup) The Beast (grilled steak wrapped in turmeric dough, bbq crunch, blue cheese, marinated green olives, cilantro, red chili mayo) They have opened several locations over the years since I first tried them. Because of their unique wrap concept I can understand why. There's definitely a niche for them in this super tough NYC restaurant business.
