Thriving in a busy street, lunchtime can make the place extremely crowded! I came during some bad weather and the crowd was manageable! I noticed the place is clean, spacious near the ordering area. You can eat in! Ingredients were fresh but could be a little scant! It uses environment friendly containers and utensils. I love Just Salad! It is probably my favorite chain salad company. The salads are very filling (I normally have a small side salad leftover I finish later) and great flavors. The salads are SO good here. Sometimes I go to salad shops and the ingredients are soggy, brown, just gross. This place had fresh ingredients, a variety of toppings and dressings. Really close to my apartment by Barclays so I can walk here regularly after work. Customer service was TOP tier. Both Sammy and Ruben went above and beyond to help me out when I wanted to switch my order at the last minute. I feel like most other places would have just given me a blank stare and shrugged their shoulders lol. read more

While I was standing on line, I observed another customer, who does not look like me or not from my race, ordered two $5 dollar deals. At the cash register, the cashier advised the customer to pay separately so he can $5-dollar deal benefit for both. After observing this, I decided to get the same benefit and ordered two orders of $5 deal. I ordered this from a female worker. When I brought the food at the register, the cashier not only did not allow me to get the deal, he actually took my food, which was already prepared, tossed it back on the counter. I got one order for $5 dollar and my second order was either sold to someone else or trashed. I felt like Cashiers action was motivated by bias. Why different looking customer was allowed to get benefit for same deal and I was not. They are polite and nice to specific customers and rude and authoritative to people from minority community. read more

Worst. Customer service. Ever. The salads are good if you do pickup, delivery awful. Two days ago had a 15-30in estimate and an hour and a half later nothing received. No response to emails, put on indefinite hold when I called. Asked them to cancel but later delivered and they refused to refund until I said I would file a dispute. Today the delivery person left a damaged bag outside my door, salad fallen, dressing all over the floor and he ran away off. Was on with customer service almost a half hour. I ordered via Uber for pickup and got my money back bc the lady was so aghast at the weird convo they put together ignoring the details on the stapled receipt. I stumbled into this Just Salad location on Friday 4/14 after work. Now, I must admit, I hadn't been to a Just Salad in quite a few years because I was more of a frequent "Sweetgreen" patron. Once entering I was greeted by such a welcoming staff, particularly, a staff worker by the name of "Pamela". When I say this, this young lady was so kind, and approachable and explained every requested question I had clearly and concisely. She even suggested a dressing that I wouldn't normally get, however, after sampling it, low and behold, I loved it! Her customer service made my experience AWESOME! Pamela made such an impression on me that, I will definitely be patronizing Just Salad more now! More than Sweetgreen, hands down. Thank you to the Manager and the entire staff at this location!
