As my grandfather used to say... "you don't win friends with salad!" We even sung a song about it. Or maybe that was a Simpson's episode... Who can remember after 30+ years of that nonsense. But I do know one thing, my grandfather would totally not pay that much for a salad, even though it's good. This fast casual place follows the model of many other bowl/salad places with a few pre-made options as well as the Johnny Cash method... Walk the Line. They have other options beyond salad (like rice and lentils) and I think they do wraps, so it's not Just Salad. They do get pretty creative with some of their pre-made options and I've enjoyed them. The Dirt Candy Salad sounds bad, but it was pretty good. And their chopped salad was tasty, but not really chopped. Bottom Line, if you want something different than what you can pull off at home, and don't live near a Cava or Bolay or Chipotle or Sweet Tomatoes or Moe's or Fresh Kitchen or QDoba or Designer Greens or CHOP5 or Sweetgreens or Drowning Bowl or Taziki's or Flower Child or Bricks & Bowls or Chopt or Greenbeat or Copper Pony or Grain & Berry or Earthy Picks or Cravy's, then Just Salad may fill a void that doesn't really exist. I'm writing this as I stand in line waiting for my online order that was placed over 1hr ago. I placed the order at 1:40 with a pick up time of 2:20-2:40 from 35 miles away. I stopped to pick up my grocery order with frozen items. It is 2:48 & I'm waiting while no one acknowledges me. This is Orlando. I'm including a screenshot of the weather app rn. I've been waiting for 14 minutes for a pick up placed 90min ago. At 3pm I left w/o my food & Door Dash graciously refunded my money. Terrible service.

The first time I ever went to a Just Salad was for a Yelp Elite thing at the Winter Park location. I feel like there are more and more of these locations popping up and I'm excited for them because it's so good! This time around I went to the Waterford Lakes location. I love that there is ample seating here and the wall art is beautiful. The menu has expanded quite a bit! Me and my friend ordered two different bowls. Mine was the sweet heat bowl with chicken and it was actually the perfect amount sweet and heat! Everyone working was very friendly, especially when my friend went to grab the trays after we paid and the bowls slipped right off and fell on the ground completely. We felt soooooo bad but they cleaned it up and redid the bowls which I wasn't expecting but was forever grateful that they did. My only comment is if there is a way to get bowls that don't easily slip and slide on the tray, that would be great. We sat and ate and hung out there for a while. Even though we were the only ones that had a bowl slip and mess, we noticed we weren't the only people commenting on how slippery the trays/bowls (not sure which) are. Aside from that, great experience and excellent food!

I placed a to-go order from Just Salad and it was ready for me when I got there. I did a Make Your Own Bowl with rice, arugula, broccoli, street corn, avocado, braised chicken, and the lemon basil vinaigrette (homemade!). The first thing I noticed was just how much chicken they gave me, which was very appreciated! It was also nice and juicy. Everything else was delicious as well, but I wish they gave me a bigger bowl as it was nearly impossible to mix with the small one I got. Also, they are running a promo on their app where you get a mystery reward when you spend $12!

I tried the chicken Caesar wrap with crispy chicken and it was so good -- super fresh and flavorful. The wrap had the perfect crunch and didn't feel heavy at all. I also got the broccoli cheddar soup. It wasn't really my favorite, but it definitely tasted on the healthier side, so that might be why. Service was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, a great spot for something fresh and fast -- I'd definitely go back!

This is my second time in Just salad and left very happy , clean place , this time they were busy but got my order place very quickly. I got the cilantro chicken warm bowl which was delicious ! Love this place and the quality in food and service.

5 stars for a place with a lot of healthy options. They will have seasonal salad on a digital board on the right. The regular offerings take up 3-4 boards on the left. They have several stand salads, but you can also customize your own. They have several warm platter offerings, and today I saw two soups. They also offer a combo special. There are also some smoothie offerings. Salads run $12.99 and up. I saw they do have a deal with a bowl you can return for a discount on your next visit. But didn't get the details. This was my second visit, but won't be my last.

I love Just Salad, and January is the perfect month to begin the year eating healthy choices that are delicious. They have a counter service (somewhat slow) where one orders from a menu and goes down the line with your bowl as it's being made for you. I love the cilantro lime salad and my husband loves to order à la carte his preferences. They offer chips, Coke products, including La Croix, smoothies and wraps. So far I've enjoyed everything I have ordered. I particularly love their braised chicken. The ambiance is colorful and bright, with clean lines, seating indoors and some independent chairs and tables outside- but not particularly comfortable.

This was my first time at this location, and I haven't been to a Just Salad in over a year (no particular reason). I was in the area and wanted a salad, so I did. The staff were friendly and helped me with making a custom salad. I got a salad with chickpeas,kale,greens, tomatoes, miso ginger dressing and a little ranch. I added tofu for extra protein. The salad was fresh, flavorful and delicious! The decor is modern, and nice. I don't usually comment on a bathroom, but this one had no business being this fancy!

If you're in the mood for a fresh and healthy option Just Salad in Waterford has it all. Friendly staff. Fresh produce and large variety of toppings. Worth the price.

I love this place!! As a vegetarian, there are many options to choose from and I love creating my own bowl. They also have seasonal topping which always add a fun surprise during the new seasons. The service is mostly quick but sometimes can be a little slow depending how many people are working. The restaurant itself is super cute and looks very clean. I also have the app for rewards and you basically get a reward every time you come in it's definitely worth it!

Arrived 30 minutes after opening. Immediately upon walking in there was a gentleman who worked there standing near the door on his phone. He stayed on his phone there, then behind the counter until making a salad for himself and sitting down to eat. There was one other person ahead of me and there was a young man and woman working on her and to go orders. I waited a long time before even being acknowledged, but they were both working so hard, so I understood. What I don't understand is the man who was on his phone for approximately 15 minutes while I waited to order. I ordered the spicy chicken Caesar wrap, with Caesar dressing instead of the smoky ranch and it was delicious, but I won't be back to this location.

I ate at the New just salad across from Fashion Square, Mall today for the first time they were having a grand opening special. A young counter helper by the name of Chris assisted me made a couple of recommendations. I chose a poblano salad. He prepared it for me perfectly told me about the proteins about the dressing I bought it. I loved it. He stopped by my table to ask me if I enjoyed my salad on his way out the door at the end of his shift and recommended that I buy a bowl to go bowl and then come back on the weekend and I can get a refill on the bowl or make a bowl for five dollars for the grand opening continuing and then I could use that bowl to come back in the future to get a free typing on any of my salads but I highly recommend this place and I really liked Chris. He did a great job very conscientious young man.
