Spur of the moment stop while I was in the area. I've been wanting to check them out for some time now and finally had an opportunity to do so. They offer plenty of seating inside and out. However, it was very cold inside which most people would probably enjoy during the summer. I wish I had brought in my jacket. I ordered on the app before I walked in so that I could take my time looking through the options. Ordering in person here is very similar to ordering at Chipotle where you direct them with your base, mains, veggies and sauces. I arrived about minutes before my expected pickup time. There is a large rack where all of the pick up orders are at. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was asked for my name, along with another person who was waiting. Within a couple of minutes, the girl came out with our to go orders. I elected to eat in. Unfortunately, many of the tables were dirty but I managed to score a semi clean table. I feel like my bowl was lacking in quantity for the amount that I paid. If I had ordered in person, im positive there would've been almost double the amount based on the orders I saw while waiting for my food. Even the dressings were scarce. They were half full if that. I had to ask for more dressings which the girl happily accommodated me with full cups this time around. The BYO chicken bowl was flavorful. Dear Cava, I want to love you, but you make it so difficult. You have such bold flavors and delicious bowls and wraps. That Tzaziki and Garlic Sauce just opens up my taste buds and entices me to want more of you. You can make a Cava experience so different every time. I could eat you every day but there's just something that's a little off-putting. But Cava, you just aren't hot any more, and that's a problem. This place was recommended to us by a YouTuber who said it was one of the best restaurants to get when you are being healthy. We had to give it a try for ourselves. We created our own bowls. I had rice and baby spinach as my base, two different kinds of chicken as my protein and a various selection of toppings and hummus/sauces. We got our bowls super fast, everything looked so fresh and clean in the store we well. We did get there shortly after they opened. The workers were kind. I do wish they were a bit more helpful being I told them it was our first time there and was hoping to be walked through everything a bit more. The one single thing my husband and I did not like was the price. We paid $40 for two bowls and one small drink to share. We thought that was quite pricey. HOWEVER, the taste was AMAZING! My favorite local store of the Cava chain is this location because of their service, ample seating, and solid ingredients. If you're familiar with fast casual fare where one walks in a line along a plexiglass protected counter that overlooks an array of ingredients, you'll feel comfortable with the Cava experience. What separates Cava is their focus on quality Mediterranean ingredients. Recently they added Steak Mezze to their line up of grilled chicken, lamb, and falafels. I love the fact that I can split the base of my BYO bowl with greens and grains. The options continue with the types of hummus and tzatkiki, toppings, and vinaigrettes for free and premium toppings as well. Pitas and a kids meal are available and drinks range from in-house made to fountain soda to canned. I appreciate the service at this location due to the friendliness and portion size. Other locations seem to be a bit stingy but the servings here are more what you'd hope to expect for the price. Not heaping but not slimming on the figure either. A side note on the parking lot. The store is not a "stand-alone" and the shopping center (if you will) is one that contains many restaurants, retail stores, and services. I found myself a bit confused by the parking lot layout by Cava the first couple times. The cool thing about online ordering is that you can see a picture for each menu item, and you are provided with plenty of options to mix and match. It's truly a Fresca with just equal parts blueberry and lavender and it's delish! For lunch I had the spicy chicken and avocado pita and it lived up to its name on spice! I loved every single bite. I went with my usual chicken bowl (brown rice + arugula base, grilled chicken, hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes & cucumbers, corn, pickled onions, pita crisps, and a drizzle of garlic dressing). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. I really like how customizable the bowls are since it is easy to make something hearty yet still healthy. 5 Stars for a salad and grains bowl that made me smile. Think healthy with tons of flavor. I ordered CAVA for delivery recently and it's now on my shortlist of healthy delivery options (and hopefully I'll make it IRL sometime soon too!). I chose to build my own greens + grains bowl (though they have some great rpe-built options). I got half super greens, half black lentils as the grain. I rarely see lentils as an option at bowls places, so that was a big protein-filled plus for me! I also appreciated the options of dips and spreads including tzatziki, red pepper hummus, and roasted eggplant dip (I got those three!). In terms of mains, I opted for half grilled chicken and half roasted vegetables. I added some fun toppings, but I must talk about the dressing. I got the yogurt dill and I can tell you it was outrageously fresh and delicious. I love a "bowl" spot and knew I had to try CAVA. Lots of positive things said about CAVA from coworkers and friends, and I truly think it lived up to the hype. The restaurant was large and roomy. Great signage and easy to review all the options. I chose the Chicken + Rightrice bowl from the menu. (You can also build your own). The bowl was made up of a base of high-protein RightRice® with grilled chicken, tzatziki, hummus, feta, tomato, arugula, hummus, and Greek vinaigrette. I also added lots of pickled onions. The line to order and pay moved quickly and I thought everything was reasonably priced. For drinks, there are craft sodas and juices. The strawberry citrus and blueberry lavender were great. I also love that you can mix your bases and proteins if you want half and half. For my meat, I did half chicken and half falafel. What really ties the bowls together is their dips and dressings. I love the Tzatziki, crazy feta dip and Greek dressing. Cava also has great beverage options. You can select soda, tea or their juices. My go-to is always the strawberry juice, which balances out the savory food, without being overly sweet. They have plenty of tables inside and outside. The food here is nothing too exceptional compared to other Cava locations that I've been to. It's fresh enough, but the ingredients don't seem like they have that classic "clean" look that most Cava's have. I got the Steak+Harissa bowl and it was really good, but just not as fresh and juicy as some other locations. The conditions looked sanitary, but some aspects of the vegetables, like a certain flatness in the lettuce, just made for less of an impressive bowl. The service is what you would expect out of a burrito bowl restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but they made me food so that's fine with me. The seating was a little limited given the crowd that shows up at about lunch time. Lots of health care professions come here because it's so close to Orlando Health, so the place was a bit crowded and the line was a little long. Overall, the food was tasty, but just lacked some freshness. I still really enjoyed my meal! This Cava location earned itself 13/20 Freys. FREY OUT! read more

Just had the best experience at Cava. Had been wanting to try this place for a while now, but never seemed to have the right opportunity. Today on a whim I decided to go with my daughter, who had been having a pretty rough day . We got in and ordered our food, the staff was all super helpful in answering questions about the different options and toppings. I got a bowl with rice and steak and chicken, added some hummus and tzatziki sauce then some cucumber and olives on top. The bowl was filling, fresh, flavorful and flat out delicious. Today was my third visit to CAVA. The pita chips, lamb meatballs, steak, hummus, and drink bar are worth the trip, but Chris was the real star of this visit and the reason I'll keep coming back. Chris was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely interested in me enjoying my food and experience. He offered suggestions and even provided samples when I mentioned I hadn't had the lamb or chicken. "Take your time. No pressure," he kept saying, again and again. I assumed he could afford to be so nice because it wasn't lunchtime yet and the restaurant wasn't that busy, but as I sit here watching the restaurant fill up, he is just as kind and attentive with every customer. Wow, can't believe I haven't tried Cava sooner. Pretty good mediterranean fast food concept. They have curated bowls and also you are able to build your own bowl. I ended up building my own bowl. I got half arugula and half rice with chicken and roasted veggies. I top my bowl off with slaw, cucumbers, pickles, and corn. I did opt for my dressing to be on the side. Went in for a hot bowl of food on Saturday evening about 6:45pm ( 1/10/26 ) out of curiosity ,since I had never been to any Cava restaurant before, because I had seen this place get a steady line of customers and thought that was a good sign. I was completely unfamiliar with how their bowls SHOULD look later to realize that the crunchy falafel bowl i was given had completely RAW HARD uncooked lentils, no veggies (hot or other wise) 2 measly sized barely warm Falafel balls. so instead of getting a hot bowl of food and ended up with a cold plate of Salad. and my husband who ordered a chicken bowl (because they said they ran out of Lamb ) they gave him a small amount of chicken (the last scraps of the serving pan) which they obviously should have immediately brought out a fresh batch seeing how it was still early in the evening with a line of customers still behind us and he was given raw crunchy lentils as well. The amount of the bowl was NOT filling at all for a cost of $30 when at Chipotle we've got ALOT more food in our bowl for just $16 ... Within 30 minutes of leaving the place we were hungry again. Finally checked this place out after seeing it on my Insta feed constantly. They are open in the old Zoë Kitchen spot off of Lee road. They have a similarly "down the line" service style as Chipotle, but with mediterranean inspired flavors. The set up is nice, and the options are good, but the value for the price is a bit lacking. The portions are on the smaller side (my experience with the person who served me). The flavors are pretty good. I got a bowl with rice, roasted eggplant, veggies and the honey chicken. I wish it came with more of the eggplant dip. The service was pretty standard. The people at the counter were friendly enough and helped with suggestions. Maybe next time the portions will be larger? They were very deliberate I how they moved and the line quickly backed up to the door. But it may have been just bad timing. Sample of one observation. Clean and well laid out interior.
