I absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, especially my hygienist. She was the sweetest, and I loved her pink aesthetic which it made the visit feel fun and inviting. I also really appreciated that the entire staff was female. It made me feel much more comfortable, especially since I've had negative experiences with male dentists in the past. Very clean and friendly pupper !! The only downside is that it's definitely on the expensive side, but I understand it's a high-end practice in Scottsdale. They're also incredibly busy, I had to wait about eight months for my appointment, but I can see why they're so booked. In the end, it was worth the wait. As you will see from my profile, I don't usually leave negative reviews. But After several years of trying to make it work, finally had to leave this extremely disappointing office. This is not the dentist for you if you are a basic patient that doesn't have serious dental issues or need cosmetic surgery or appliances. They don't take care of you or treat you if you aren't making money . The only bright spot is the front desk and the hygienists who are excellent despite the dentists being inattentive and uncaring. I switched to this dentist (Dr Bri) several years ago after moving here and having a multi year relationship with my prior dentist. While Dr Bri was fine at the beginning, everything became progressively worse over time. This office is a money making machine that only cares about selling you cosmetic dentistry and services you don't need. They did this to me and my kids, each of us getting separately estimates for 20k of cosmetic work every time you go in for a tooth cleaning. Another friend left the practice after having the same experience. I stayed on bc I felt it was fine to say no to cosmetic work but ultimately was relegated to worse and worse service. Several times, and maybe all of the last four visits, I had to ASK to see the actual dentist. They tried to send me on my way after the hygienist cleaning. I was asked if I had a particular issue and said- no I just think the dentist should look at your teeth during a dental exam. Terrible customer service. Worse, last time I was there, they had someone who I don't think had ever seen a tooth doing flossing and other basic work (it wasn't the hygienist). She kept skipping teeth and had no clue what she was doing. It was almost like a joke. Then when I asked to see the dentist, I found out she wasn't even there that day. Why even schedule me for an appointment? It was ridiculous and the final straw. Side note: They also refused to send X-rays to my oral surgeon bc I wouldn't sign up with their surgeon who wasn't covered by my insurance. My surgeon had to take new X-rays. What a racket. Again The only reason for not giving one star are the front desk and hygienists who are excellent. I consider the dentist a long term and personal relationship. I went to this office for years and had absolutely no relationship with Dr Bri. The customer service is poor unless you need major work done. Find another office if you are just an ordinary person with good teeth that need to be cleaned. read more

I love this dentist office. The doctor's are excellent and I LOVE the therapy dog. I have been traumatized by by prior dentist and having a cute doggie in your lap really calms you down. Unfortunately, I will no longer be going to see S&C Dental. They charge TOO much. I have great dental insurance and it is depleted after one visit. They want all money up front before you even get the service done. I don't have thousands of dollars just sitting around to pay in full even before service has been done. They are NOT flexible at all with creating a dental payment plan. They just expect me to whip out a credit card and charge it. Like most working people I work paycheck to paycheck. I believe because of the swanky Scottsdale location, they just think everyone has that kind of money lying around. I am sad because I really loved that office. read more

I'm so thankful I found S&C Dental. It seems so hard to find a good dentist, and I had put off my regular cleaning until I was experiencing quite a bit of pain in my molars. I was able to get in quickly with Dr. Nicole Saldua. Dr. Nicole and Rashell, the dental assistant, were both so friendly and had such wonderful bedside manner, it instantly put me at ease. I've never had a better teeth cleaning experience than I had at S&C Dental. With only bad experiences with dentists my whole life, I am now very fearful of them, but now I feel differently. My teeth were cleaned here by Dental Hygienist Kaitlyn who was extremely welcoming, patient, and meticulous with her work. She never once made my teeth or gums hurt in any way which is a complete 180 from what I'm used to. Dr. Bri was extremely knowledgeable and spoke with me for a while, answering all questions I had while giving me some very great referrals. I have never spoken with such a knowledgeable and kind dentist. Ana, the assistant, was very patient and kind with me as well and helped me feel very comfortable upon my arrival. There's a support canine, Stella, and she was very sweet and hung out on my legs and the staff made sure I was comfortable with her there (and, if you aren't a dog person, I'm sure there would be no problem keeping her away from you, if you prefer). I've been in search of a good dentist ever since moving to Arizona in 2021. Well let me tell you........ I found it!! S&C Dental in Scottsdale is the place to go and I'm the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. The moment i walked in the door I was greeted by Rose who always knows you by name. She's so pleasant and very helpful along with Teresa and Amber who are always helpful with making your next appointment or able to help you with any insurance questions you may have. i also love that there is always someone else ready to greet you at the door, and that is Stella, she is Dr. Bri's dog who is also a emotional support dog. Stella will lay with you during your treatment. Which helped me so much with my anxiety. Stella will also sit with you in the waiting room until you are called on by one of the assistants. Who are also just amazing. The two assistants that I had were Alicia and Aysia. So sweet and kind and always made sure I was okay and comfortable during my treatments. My first visit was to see Dr. Bri for a cavity I had. From the moment she walked in the room she made me feel at ease. She took care of my cavity and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Also, Dr Bri educated me on a few other things I needed done and I appreciated that some much because none of the other dentist's I went to ever took the time. I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Bri. My next treatment was for my veneers and Rose gave me the rundown on how much the cost would be and how much insurance covers and told me when I was ready to give her a call. What I love is that they DON'T pressure you!! So, I had my veneers done and let me tell you...... I LOVE THEM!!! When Dr. Bri handed me the mirror to look at them, I teared up! I thanked her for giving me my smile back!! Oh wait...... I almost forgot about Tori. She is the dental hygienist. She is AMAZING!! I HATE having my teeth cleaned. They even have an office dog named Stella, she is adorable! They did a thorough job and made sure to get all my previous dental history before moving forward. I got braces a few months ago and they gave me tips and tricks on how I can get a better cleaning. They even went the extra mile to pull up some toothbrush suggestions. I can get really nervous when it comes to dental work and the ladies there were so compassionate and patient with me. Me & my boyfriend chose this place while living locally to it. We both went. None of the FEMALE staff was particularly friendly or inviting to me. So Oddly enough, after we both went, several of the female employees, Ana, Aysia, etc took it upon themselves to look up my boyfriend online on social media outlets and all started following him? Aysia is absolutely amazing. I came in for teeth whitening and I was a little on the nervous side, because you hear about sensitivity and those zinger feelings. She didn't excellent job with my gum barriers that are installed before the teeth whitening process begins. I had absolutely no sensitivity during the four step whitening process.
