From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted for my hair. She is also realistic about what's possible, and I always appreciate their honest input on what will work best for my hair type. She is extremely welcoming, friendly, and sweet! She values healthy hair and will help keep your hair as healthy as possible when coloring. She also does not try to up-charge or sell you things you don't need. What stands out most is how open she is when you want to make an adjustment. When I come in she asks if I want to change anything of if there wasn't anything I liked last time.
